At 900am on a Saturday, Walking in, you don?t really know if they are open as the displays are sparse?the baked goods don?t... smell fresh and the relative high prices are not equivalent high quality of food. Panera used to be THE PLACE to go to forfresh baked goods & ?Healthier? food choices but now it?s suffering from mass commercialization which directly impacts thequality provisions. Slowly but surely this Panera and so many others are going downhill. Orders incomplete, portions smaller, sandwiches thrown... together, sides not with the meal but it's on the ticket and was ordered with a side, etc. I've tried to overlook it and think"well, people forget, it happens". But it's consistent. I guess if you can't provide good service all the time, consistentsubpar will have to do and be acceptable. Not sure if it's Panera policy or that good help is hard to find these days. Yes, it'sthe little details that truly matter. I'm not one to leave bad reviews normally. I would rather praise but spoken words withmanagers fall on deaf ears! Don?t bother bringing the issue to the manager, they only argue with you. Check your order and makesure you get your money back if the order is short or items are not available. I place a lunch delivery order for my job and was missing food from the order. Spoke with Brian the manager and was told that he... couldn?t deliver the rest of the order. He could only refund my money after me being charged $15 for delivery fee. I was onlyrefund for the missing food! This poor management skills and customer service. Very disappointed!! Read more
Significantly gone down hill. Use to frequent here when I worked nearby. The last two times I have been they have messed up my... husbands sandwich and the last time they laughed about it. The food there is pricey. I expect to get what I pay for. No cheese.Simple task. Read more
Ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt and it came with absolutely no avocado. The person who took my order was clearly... distracted laughing in the back with someone and I had to repeat my order 3 times before he took it. They were nice once I gotto the window but I wish I would have checked before I left. Read more
They get the order wrong more times than not and literally REFUSE to toast the bread when you ask them to (if it?s not a... sandwich they?re told to do it with). I could use a cow prodder every step of the way and they?d still find a way to only ?warm?my sandwich and not toast it. Pretty annoying. Service used to be better here. Read more
Why is the half sand which the size of a chicken nugget!?! That is a salad dressing cup next to it for size comparison. Ok, so Panera used to be the only place to go for a decent baguette. I don't know if it's just this store, or if something... changed with Panera, but the baguettes are rock hard! One of the staff said they stopped baking over night, so the breads arefrom YESTERDAY. Bottom line, if you're going for a baguette, don't bother - not sure about the other breads. Read more
