My chicken was raw last week my vegetables were raw like fresh raw I called in to soak to a manager and was placed on hold for... 20 minutes I hung up called again the next day seems like the same young lady put me on hold after 15 minutes I hung up again Iwill be reaching out to corporate. I?m gonna be honest, the quality of this Panda Express has went downhill over the years. One: they don?t fill up the orders like... they used to. Now they are filling them half way now, which mind you is a family feast which is over $40 of food to feed atleast 6 people. Two: they no longer pay attention on putting everything you ordered, I already received a few orders withmissing boxes and they still charge me for them. I live about 45 minutes away from the nearest Panda Express and I can?t driveback to complain to them for a refund of the food they haven?t put. Three: we always order through the app and when it?s time topickup our order it?s never made and we have to wait more for the food to be made. What is the point waiting for the order to beprepared and picked up (which is about 15-30 minutes), go to the store and they tell you that it?s not even ready and that youhave to wait another 15-30 minutes to make more of the entrees. First time visiting to this restaurant. The decor is nice, along with seating. They have a big station of various options of... meat and veggies to choose. Prices are reasonable and portion size is fair depending on who makes your plate. I would recommendif this fits your taste buds. Read more

This place was my favorite years ago. They actually filled your plate and were friendly. Now they add so much vegetables to all... meat choices with barely any meat. I ordered a bowl with white rice and angus steak which they charge extra for. I guess I paidfor large mushrooms because that?s literally all they put and like 3 pieces of meat. If you order chow me in you will be cabbageand onions instead. And the teriyaki chicken you?ll be eating mostly fat. The disappointment in this place of what is is now isjust horrible. This location stays very busy. So I've only had Uber Eats eperiences. On those orders a lot of things were left off of the notes... section. Silverware, duck sauce & other things to complete the order. This location also runs out of a lot of the items that areon the Uber Eats order section. So getting the correct order sometimes can be difficult. Overall the food does make up for thebad Uber Eats experience. Read more

Inaccurate order, unfriendly team, slow service. I ordered my meal through the drive thru (their attitude already sounded... annoyed) and after paying for it they pulled me forward and told me it would be 7-9 minutes. After 20 minutes of waitingoutside, I called to remind them I was still waiting. After that, I still had to wait 5 more minutes. I don?t know what takes25minutes to make but I didn?t have a large order - just a bowl and a plate. When the lady finally brought the food out to me,she didn?t say anything, and she barely looked at me. She just handed me the food and walked away. Then after I drove away, oneof the entrees on my plate was wrong. At that point, it wasn?t even worth driving back. My first time ordering from Panda Express. We placed an order online for pickup. First disappointment: There is not a large menu... to choose from. We ordered 7 plates at 8:30pm. The system said the order would be ready at 9pm. We arrived at about 9:05pm. Nextdisappointment: The order was not ready when we arrived. They said they were waiting on the chicken to cook. Thirddisappointment: Another couple arrived after us and got their food first. And all 15 cars going through the drive through gottheir orders in a timely manner. Fourth disappointment: At about 9:30pm they brought 6 plates... missing one.. we had to tellthem there was a plate missing... now a longer wait. Fifth disappointment: Three of us came to pick up the order so the manageron duty only offered 3 drinks for the wait. Finally ready to go at 9:40pm and a 15 minute drive home.. So from time the orderwas placed to walk out the door with the food was an hour and ten minutes. But wait... a sixth disappointment... one plate wasnot made correctly. It did not have what was ordered. And because of the long wait the food that was prepared early was not hot.I am not impressed. Read more
