It is 10 pm 30 minutes before closing and I live 5 minutes away. I’ve called 10 times and no one is picking up the phone for a... pick up order. Why post hours if your not willing to do business 30 minutes before closing. It’s non professional it’s lazyand you lost a customer. Read more

Nice employees. Place was clean. Food selection was "interesting". Quality of food was subpar compared to other "fast food... oriental" places nearby. A little on the pricey side. Not worth the $23.00 for the items my husband and I ordered. Rice wasundercooked and tasted like a short grain. Tasted more like Uncle Ben's and definitely not sticky like jasmine. I thought 16.95 was a little pricey for the chicken shrimp and steak hibachi and it also came with a salad but the price is good... for what you get this plate is huge everything on this plate was plentiful. Will definitely be going back. Everything wasdelicious ???? ???? Read more
Amazing vegetable fried rice. Very polite service. Great prices. My new weekend dinner treat stop!!. Try the teriyaki... salmon! Update: I continue to be a regular customer here and have tried several dishes...vegetable soba, sweet chili wings,cajun rice and even the fries! Great customer service and hot n fresh every time. I will probably never eat here again. I ordered hibachi steak and scallops, no rice and extra vegetables. I was given shrimp and... scallops. The vegetables were extremely soggy and drenched in sauce. Absolutely the sloppiest chain food I've ever had. Whoeverprepared this food just didn't care whatsoever about the quality. Scallops were overcooked. The shrimp was at least cleaned.Very disappointed my order was wrong. My husband picked it up so I wasn't present to check it before leaving. I asked for extrawhite sauce and was literally charged almost $7 extra. Had the food been banging I wouldn't have cared. Could have taken mymoney to Mikoto Express and would have been served better quality food. First and absolute last time ordering here. Spent $20and was EXTREMELY underwhelmed. First time at this restaurant and it is very nice inside. They have a wide variety of choices in foods. I order the chicken... hibachi with miso and it turned out to be bland. Chicken was dry and the vegetables were a little hard. I also order a chickenand shrimp teriyaki bowl which was great but they only put a little sauce in the bowl. Fried octopus was okay, it's kind ofchewy but good, not sure what the other stuff is inside but it was not bad. The bbq chicken wings are just deep fried wings andthey add bbq sauce to the top which was pretty good. I would recommend everything except the dry hibachi chicken. Read more
This is a true 5 STAR Restaurant! The food is GREAT !!! The chicken at Osaka JR is truly the freshest, best tasting, hottest... chicken in all of Western Fayetteville!
