If you?re looking for a tasty hot Japanese meal without going to an expensive steakhouse, this place is for you. I love Miyabi... Jr. It is hands down the tastiest, highest quality Japanese takeout in Fayetteville and probably the best I?ve ever had. It is abummer all meals are in take out boxes now due to covid, because miyabi jr used to be a sit-down restaurant with real plates andwaiters that would always clean up the mess. Regardless, the quality of food and service has never faltered. They have the bestteriyaki chicken I have EVER had. Like seriously, I think about this teriyaki chicken all the time. I have tried to recreate itto no avail. While living in Fayetteville, I have probably been here at least twice a month every single month since Idiscovered it 8 years ago with no exaggeration. Food Is Good - Service is not - I order $20 worth of food - that consist of A filet bowl jr sized and 1 cali roll - and I just... about half to fight the girl at the counter every order to get enough soy sauce for the cali roll - they only want to give youtwo packets - I only ask for 5 - and then they get smart with you - and try and embarrass you for asking - what they don?trealize is I can and will get as loud as they do - I?m the customer - I decide how much of condiment I require - if you have aproblem with that - then maybe you should find another business Read more

I used to be a constant/habitual customer/habitual. This place has fallen. I began calling at 8:07pm attempting to place an... order. Began making the 10 minute drive while continuing to call. Someone picks up and never takes my order. I remain on thephone while walking thru the door. It is at this point that someone hangs up. As I approach the counter and voice mydispleasure one of the cooks interjects and says that wouldn't happen. When asked when they stop taking phone orders, thecashier looks at the time and says 8:45 pm. I had 20 calls placed from 8:07 - 8:43. The manager comes out and attempts toaddresses the issue with me. He gets high marks for professionalism and demeanor, but, low marks on correcting the issue,repairing employee deficiencies, repairing customer confidence, and a resolution with customer satisfaction. Food was not what I ordered. Staff was rude and a ugly attitude when questioned about order. Food is over priced and small... portions ! Paid three dollar up charge for sobe noddles and they were cold. Will not give my money to them again! Read more
