We had a place in WA that was a build your own bowl Asian eatery. This restaurant seemed like it wanted to do that. But, it... doesn't seem to follow through. Maybe it's adjusted for Covid. Idk. But the steak meat was cut poorly making it dry and tough.The seasonings were underdone making it bland. There was cheese in a Korean bowl. I walked out feeling fed but not impressed.The most flavorful item we ordered were the potstickers and even those weren't enough to justify our return. Sorry. Not our cupof tea. Read more

Edit: I'm retracting my original review. They had two different menus up and a large one reading the price of their shrimp... dumplings for 3.49 and a tiny one that was hidden below it with a higher price of 4.25. They wouldn't honor the price in thelarge menu that has not been taken down since they changed their price (according to the employee) from two months ago. I wasoriginally living this place but they've begun skimping on what they give you in bowls and raising prices without changing theirsigns to reflect . In fact, they took down the sign as i ordered without giving the old price. I used to enjoy this place butnow I'll make sure not to go anytime soon, if at all. Clean, fast and friendly service. Finding a good restaurant and not break the bank is a challenge. But Mirin Asian Eatery can solve both problems at once.... Therefore, I highly recommend going there for a quick bite to eat at an affordable price. Just make sure you give all the neededdetails at first. I get the feeling they are still fairly new to the city BUT they are EXPERTS at cooking. Read more
Very clean establishment. It is like a Asian Chipotle that you make your own dish. You choose the base/starch, protein/meat... and toppings. I didn't care for the filling inside the spring rolls but they were cooked when ordered so they were nice and hot. Read more
