It was a very bad experience. I went to the one in Camden. Dividing in the drive-thru was very hateful and disrespectful. The ... food was overcooked and on top of that I had to wait over 5 minutes for them to finish fixing my order. I sent an email to thecorporate office to explain the experience they gave a short apology which did not mount up to nothing. I know one thing I'llnever go to that location again. Read more
On 9.20.2022 at 9 PM, My wife and I stopped at Restaurant :) 16886 since we had missed supper. We ordered 2 each quarter pounder... meals. After we got home we both sat down with our meals. My wife's was fine. Mine was not. Besides the cold fries, my quarterpounder had only onions and mustard on it. I called the store and spoke to a young man who apologized, took my name and told meto come back that night or the next day and they would make it right. I did that today at noon. The young lady at the registerwas very nice, checked a book with names a couple of times, and spoke to the manager. After which she returned andapologetically told me that my name had not been written down and the manager could not (would) not help me. Bottom line no 1/4pounder. Strike 2 for McDonald's in 5 days. Not I will ever go back, but the ink cartridges for the drive thru cashier could bereplaced so the receipts are legible at the Hope Mills store. I will not hesitate to pass on my experiences on to all family,friends and colleagues. The 1 star is for the young woman who took the time to assist me today. Read more
Lol how the heck they charge that much for a bland fish sandwich? I love McDonald's but it seems like they would have figured... out a way to upgrade that fish sandwich that they've been selling for years????. And maybe adding some curly fries and onionrings to the menu would also be nice? Just saying. Read more

This McDonald's has to be one of the absolute worst. Aside from items missing from my order, all of the hamburgers were raw.... Serving undercooked food is dangerous, especially if that food is accidentally ingested. Upon bringing up my concerns to themanager, I was only given an option of having a store credit and when I asked for a refund they said I needed to contactcorporate. I called corporate the next day and they stated the store would have to issue the refund. Due to their carelessness,people in my party ended up with food poisoning and had to be seen by a doctor for treatment. The doctor suggested we contactthe health department to file a complaint and that is just what we did. Hopefully the employees wake up and learn how to cook orthis entire location is shut down. I just wanted a big mac, MADE CORRECTLY. Gas is too high to drive back and forth. AND my fries were cold by the time I got home,... I live less than 5 min away. PLEASE DO BETTER! Read more
It?s super fast but the customer service is horrible. Cashier has no manners took my order but hardly said a word.
I was told that they couldn't take any more orders because they have no people or food. They are also never opened up on time I... have been trying to get breakfast there between 5:50 and 6:30 in the morning but are never opened or never take any orders. Ifyou don't want to open on the time it is supposed to then at least change the time on the door and website. I want to give nostars but am not able to. Smh???? Read more
