Real slow workers. Don't check what's in bag to receipt. always missing condiments ordered in app. Undercook no salt fries,... always cold and soggy still salt on fries when ask salt free. They shortfill the fries. These people need to be sent to sunrisehwy Patchogue NY restaurant to be trained. Also shame on McDonald's for raising from 1$ to 2$ offer for free large fries. If I could submit with no stars; I would. The children running the line(s) and drive thru are absolutely pathetic. The food is... always cold and cheese isn't even melted on the burgers. The attitudes and patron smack talking are a no go for me. This is thecountless time I've had to return or complain about my order(s) The number of bugs and flies are unbelievable and disgusting asis the cleaning here as well. I would not suggest going here. My money will get used at a different McDonald's regardless themiles I'd have to travel. They complain about not making high wages; they can't even make edible food. Read more

As a prior McDonald's manager I know stuff can get a little crazy at times but I'm thinking this location needs a new manager... and probably a new crew too. This location is always serving cold soggy fries which they seem to never be fill up properly..putting a medium into a large box doesn't make it a large. They are obviously pulling the fires too soon or have the fryer temptoo low. Whomever is making the sandwiches apparently needs more training or needs to read the slips (lots of missing toppings) Whomever is taking the orders is doing fine because the slips are always correct. It would be super cool if just once, I could get an actual large fries instead of a small in a large container. And yet again I... had to go inside after waiting ages in the drive thru because things were left out of my order. Once or twice is ok but thishappens every time. Read more
I was just happy that it was CLEAN AF and it was dope to see a handicap accessible area. NEVER seen one before? when I?m on the... road and I stop, I usually already get in my head that wherever I go will be dirty, nasty and have terrible customer service ?.NOT HERE BABY! ???? Pure nasty male restroom, dirty items at store entrance employee sleeping with head resting on the table at the entrance. I was... going to order some food and I washed my hands, I was to done after seeing what I saw at first appearance. This store needs tobe subjected to monthly inspection. Imagine what the food area looked like if the bathrooms aren?t maintained. Eating area andfloors are nasty as well. Recommend be closed until up to standards. Manager needs to be addressed. Read more
Starting at 3AM M, the system is always down until 4AM at the earliest, so they are unable to take orders at this time. It would... be nice if their posted operational hours reflected their actual hours of operation, not to include telling people they can?ttake orders.
