When you first walk in you have to get a menu so you can order when you get to the front of the line. You also pay at that time.... The place can be very packed on the inside and even the outside seating is very limited which is part of the reason why I tookaway 1 star but the food and my toffee nut ice latte was delicious. They yelled out my drink so I could go get it but Myhusband ordered the unlimited coffee and since this was our first time coming here we didn't realize he was just suppose to gomake it on his own after we paid and ordered.. so yeah.. No greeting upon entry but the hostess was nice, the wait wasn't toolong, price and portion size was decent, and the food is delicious! The chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Staff is friendly. It was my first time, and was not sure what to order. When I asked for help, the teenager at the register... was not sure how to explain the menu. I ended up ordering a biscuit with gravy and a sausage patty. What I received was adried up biscuits that would not soften at all, not even when smothered with the gravy. The sausage patty was a bit larger thana quarter. For $13, I would rather go to the Waffle House. The Rainbow Restaurant has a much better breakfast! Read more

FIRST TIME here and it was a yummy experience. Staff is super friendly. 100.0 sanitation score. If you are in the mood for a... good biscuit then this is the place to be. The establishment is new has a cafeteria set up you sit where you want and order at the register, I ordered waffles they don't... offer many options as it pertains to healthier options gluten free, vegan ect so reason why I giving 3 stars typical Americaneatery. Came here for brunch on Saturday 5/26 and was greeted very kindly by cashier. Explained to us everything about the menu, took... our order and asked for my sis in law favorite fictional character for the order name: VERY UNIQUE! I went ahead and order the"chicken and waffles". I was pleasantly surprised by this little place. The portions are right what I expected based on price; the service was gracious... and cheerful; our food was ready quickly; and everything was as described. The biscuits have a good texture, but they wereslightly flavorless. I don't think they would stand alone very well. However, when they were the foundation for somethingelse--like a juicy, fried chicken breast or their delicious sausage gravy-- they stood up quite well. Definitely a place we willtry again! My daughter and I decided to try something on this fine Saturday morning. She picked out Maple Street biscuit company and we... decided to give it a try. Everyone that work there was pretty friendly. It being our first time here they gave us manysuggestions and took their time explaining to us items on the menu. I ordered the squawking goat and my daughter ordered theclub BLT. We also tried the meat balls, mac & cheese, house potatoes. I do have to say all the food was pretty tasty. I am not abig fan of biscuits but I did enjoy the chicken with goat cheese medallions that was in my squawking goat. I wasn?t a big fan ofthe sauce as it tasted like a sweet chili sauce. My daughter enjoyed her BLT. Their house ranch sauce was delicious as we dippedthe house potatoes in them. I also had house coffee and it was pretty flavorful. Since it was our first time there they gave usthese biscuit rolls being first time customers. I didn?t get to try the biscuit rolls but my mom did when we brought it home aswe had a big breakfast.
