Got the order completely wrong. Had to repeat the order multiple times, someone else even took it and still got it wrong. Then... they forgot to give my boyfriend?s debit card back so we had to go back. We get home and the order was STILL WRONG. My boyfriendasked for chicken tenders and they gave him a drumstick and 2 thighs. He asked for a sweet tea and gave him a Dr. Pepper. Idon?t understand how people can be that incompetent. Read more

Got takeout from KFC tonight around 8 pm. We wanted to try the new chicken sandwiches they've been advertising. We also got a... chicken tender dinner. The chicken was inedible. The chicken tasted like it was overcooked 6 hours ago and then left under theheat lamp to dry out even more. Manager standing around gossiping about cooks and dish washer with customer parked in drive thru lane at lunch hour traffic then... giving food and drink away. Watched this poor management while eating my lunch. Dining room fairly clean, food and service wasgood. Read more
