You can tell something isn't quite right here. The drive-thru speaker was making a weird beep and the girl trying to take my... order wasn't speaking either. After I ordered my chicken sandwich meal she said they were out of fries. Usually when a placecan't offer you what order it's met with an apology but she just said it with a tone as if it was my problem. Then said it wasgoing to be $31!. I said excuse me? She giggled and I pulled up to the window. She again said it was $31? Then laughed atmy reaction. She correctly told me the amount would be $8.31. She had already given me a drink covered with soda on theoutside of the cup and without a straw. She was wiping the soda off of her hands but handed me the messed up drink. I paidand waited 5min or so. I asked for green beans since they were out of fries. She gave me the bag and I left. I had to go tothe store next door so I ate my food there. I opened the bag and I didn't have a fork either. So I threw the green beans inthe trash and just ate the sandwich. The bread was partly cold. How is that even possible? Read more
This food was so nasty i threw it away...raw breading was on the outside of my greasy chicken..wanted crispy but they said it... was gone and they didnt offer to cook any ...i wasnt the one to pick it up or i would of ask, the potatoes were dry with barelyany gravy on it and the biscuit was dry as heck, the pot pie we got was good...the tea was hot and i couldnt drink iteither...wth is going on with these fast food places..and people always smoking while they work to and notcigarettes...lol..probably why the food is nasty..wont be going back here for sure Read more
I love KFC! This location seems either slow or busy, rarely in between. Their food is awesome and I love their customer... service. Yes, here and there my order is wrong. But I've just gotten in the habit of walking in for my order and double checkingbefore leaving. If there's a mistake, they're nice and quickly correct it. I don't see it as much effort on my end and I'mpleased with their good attitudes despite being busy and or making a mistake. Many many other places will have a very badattitude and take it out on customers. I've never seen that once there and that wins my loyalty. Thank you!!!!???? Read more
I paid for what I thought was the new spicy chicken sandwich from here. But got all the way home and found I got two chicken... tenders on a bun with pickles. I've had the chicken sandwich from other KFC locations since they've come out and there is aclear difference. And for someone to do this is messed up. Because for one I dont like tenders and there clearly a sizedifference of less meat. Overall I really feel like I have been cheated out my money. Read more
If I could give them a -1 I would. I never really had the best quality of food when coming to this store but tonight was the... straw that broke the camels back. The chicken literally was falling apart, and the biscuits were raw. I made it all the way homeand noticed this so I went back to the store to let someone know. Mind you I came during dinner time and I am just trying tofeed my family. When I drove back I encountered with the manager by the name of Michelle, she stated to me well I can see what Ican do for you. Either a refund or try to see if I have the food. I felt like her attitude was very dismissive andunprofessional. At this point I am over this restaurant and the quality of their food. This place definitely need a visit from the Health Department and getting shut down. Workers wear no gloves at all. They touch... sandwiches with their dirty hands from start to finish!!! I witnessed it today when I decided to go and order inside to avoidthe long car line, and what I sow was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. NOT EVEN ONE PERSON WAS WEARING GLOVES for the entire time I was inthere today. They were touching every thing around them including their shirts and pants and just continue making people food????.
