Got to the drive thru to place an order. The lady was rude and did not ask if I wanted drinks or side, order box goes silent( I... guess I'm supposed to read minds).Anyway I get to the window and ask about my drink and side and total. She states "you gottacomplete your order". Like how do I complete my order if you don't ask me what I want to eat? I cancelled the "partial order". Idon't read minds. Waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged and get my order taken and waited another 20 minutes for my food. They were very slow... and another customer walked in the store and was never acknowledged and he ended up leaving the store due to poor customerservice. I got home and my chicken bowl had old corn in it which was very disgusting. My son didn't have an issue with his foodbut mine was not edible. Read more
Whoever was working there tonight either was new or been there too long. I ordered 24 hour hot wings and 3 three piece tenders... and they brought out 24 not hot wings and 1 three piece tender. After waiting 30 minutes did they try to make it right? Noooooo. Also the 2 people in front of me had to go back around. Garbage and trash. Attention to detail. Teamwork is key. It's not difficult. The last few time we have gone to KFC there has been a major problem with our food purchase. The coleslaw container is half... full as is the mash potatoes and gravy. The mash potatoes are also runny. This last order was missing one of the sides: evenafter having to correct the order at least 3 times. Read more
I only ordered the popcorn chicken and this is what I was served including the dried corn/macaroni pieces at the KFC on Ramsey... for $5 So I had to return. When I placed my order and when returning the cashier Breanca couldn?t stay off her cell phone tocomplete my order. So I asked for a manger about my food and her words ? that?s how we fill up the box? Of course I don?t havehigh expectations when and if I deal with fast food but at minimum your job should be done with exceptional customer service.Everyone there including the ?manger?needs to be retrained on customer service. I'm changing my review today. When I order $48.00 worth of food 2 mash potatoes bowls And family meals chicken bucket 2 mash and... gravy and cole slaw with 4 biscuits I expect to receive that .I got 1/4 mash potatoes drowned in gravy both of them didn't haveenough to feed 5 people much less 2 adults. The mash potatoes bowls had no corn and no gravy in them and the chicken bucket wasburned wasn't chrispy it was hard. . I am so not happy. We have been coming here along time but I think it's time to find adifferent family quick meal. Read more
