Today was the first day that I ever went into this JJ and was given a sandwich without a bag. I think it is ridiculous to walk... out of a restaurant with food not in a bag. When I received my sandwich I asked for a bag and that this was the first time thatI received my sandwich without a bag. The female was really nonchalant about it, made some facial expressions, and basicallyblew me off. She should not be dealing with customers if she doesn't know how to deal with them. Of course I spoke with themanager. I didn't even give much time for a response because it's so disappointing to go into these establishments and givepeople your money for less than great service. If you work in fast food you should be the best in working in fast food andcustomer service is a part of fast food. Read more
I have to say this location of Jimmy John's has the best customer service. Each time I visit I am always greeted with a smile... and freaky fast service. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Great job Read more
The last 2 times I came to this location it is SO LOUD in there with the music and the employees are laughing and joking. I... don?t mind people having fun but they are so loud you can?t hear the person who is taking their order. Several times asking torepeat. They see the Customer and they continue to be loud and joke. And it shows it?s not working because this time they gaveme the completely wrong order. I?m disappointed because I have been using this JJ for 2.5 years and have never had such badexperiences. I thoroughly enjoy Jimmy John's subs. Not only are subs here top notch with fresh veggies, but the atmosphere is super chill and... comfortable. They have fun signs all over the place with interesting things to read while you eat. Takes me back to reading theback of cereal boxes while eating breakfast. Awesome place to eat. Read more

I love this particular location. It's one of the only ones i. An park my semi and trailer and walk slightly across the street... to get into. Theyre VERy cool folks in there, laid back and good ol' customer service. I dont remember the young guys name buthim and i joke every time i visit cause hes always there no matter which day i stop thru! Inside joke now between us.
