I always eat at this location and has always had a customer friendly staff until today. I entered the restaurant as usual and... once asked for my order I began to proceed and the worker was very rude. Ignoring my questions and stating her own and givinglooks as though im stupid for asking if tamatos come on the sandwich. Her attitude was angry due to the previous customer whichwas a 911 paramedic and needing 40 subs by 11 if possible and she stated she wasn't able to call in due to being dispatched ona 911 call at the time . The jersey Mike employee became rude to her saying " I told you to call in and it aint gone be no 11oclock itll be after" which led to her being rude to me and the customer after me. I can stand on my 2 feet and hold my groundbut to treat our emergency medical staff like that is unacceptable. To treat any customer in general like that is unacceptableat 11am or anytime. Read more
Got 2 subs. First one was good just wrapped very poorly. Second one was supposed to be wheat bread but they gave me white &... there was barely any mayo & honey mustard. Also I paid for extra cheese & there wasn?t extra cheese. Read more
Two femal workers on duty. When I walked they had there back to us. When I ordered Two hot sandwiches she had to ask me a couple... of times what I wanted on them. When I got home one of sandwiches were wrong. They were more interested in talking with asecurity guard. Read more
The server was not very friendly and the bread was hard and tough and both of the sandwiches were messy. Very disappointed.

I normally do not post reviews, but I must say that Gabbie, Tina, Janet, Courtney, and Alina go out of their way each and every... time I come in. They take so much pride in what they do, and the truly make there food prep for each customer look like an artform. And they do it with a smile. Hard to find in todays social climate, but I have to give credit where credit is do! Ihope they don't let all the negativity that surrounds us each and every day deter them from being the culinary artists they are! Keep up the awesome work. Read more
I was sent to pick up subs for a family get together today, I had a list in my hand and was greeted with a not so nice look by... the employee that asked if my order was going to be long. First she asked if one of my subs was going to be a hot subs and whenI said yes she yelled for another employee to come take care of that. As I proceeded to give the rest of my order I could feelher rushing me and the tension between the employees. The young man trying to assemble the subs was doing his best but obviouslywas getting no help. I spent $57.67 and my order was still not right, the cashier was extremely rude and she was very unkind tothe young man making the subs, at one point picking one up and throwing it in the trash. I frequent this location often however the last few times my subs have been very sloppy and not put together well at all. I also... ordered curbside and waited at least 20 min each time for the order to come out in which I ended up having to go inside toreceive.
