This location was very hectic but overall our visit was okay. Nothing fantastic but nothing terrible either. Syrup was needed... and not in a dipping cup of which we were given 3 for a total of 5 Very dry / not so hot pancakes. ???? Kudos to everyone who showed up to work today in the storm! And they are always decorated so cool!!! Never had a bad meal.
This was my first time here at this location. Our server was very nice and friendly. We ordered the sirloin tips with mushrooms... and grilled onions, eggs over easy, hash browns, wheat toast and we tried the new Tres Leches Pancakes. Everything was nice andhot. Delicious seasoning on the tips. The only draw back is the mushrooms on the tips tasted like liver. Other than that, itwas good. It was nice and cozy since, we went around 11:15 pm last night. We will be going back. Update: 08/30/22 We came frombreakfast. I'm adding pictures this time. ???? On 8/3/22 @ 2:15 pm we arrived to get lunch at this location. I have several observations for future reference: 1. The wait time... was long even when place was clearly not busy. 2. Waitress was on a rush to get our orders 3. A hair was present on our food 4.Waitress did not offer water or coffee refills. 5. Pancakes were not cooked. 6. Staff was clearly not working to attend thecustomers. Overall, this is not an ihop up to their standards.
