This is the second time I have ordered from this place. Once was a year ago and items were missing from our order. Tonight we... ordered through DoorDash and once again there were missing items. I ordered the Carolina burger it barely had any chili and wasmissing the cole slaw. My daughter got a shrimp plate and it was missing the cole slaw and the bread. My son?s shrimp po?boywas missing the sauce. I understand running out of items but we weren?t informed, there were no substitutions, nor was the billadjusted. I will never order from them again. They messed up my order so many times. burgers and fries have no flavor at all. dry, and greasy. they didn?t cook the burgers... right at all I asked for well done and I seen blood still in it. I suggest don?t ever come here again. The bathroom were superdirty. Read more
I drove 10 miles to pick up my order that was $50 for 2 side salads and 2 shrimp po boys. I also got two milk shakes. The po... boys were missing pickles and the salads were missing salad dressing. When I called to complain, Mark the manager said his onlyway to fix it was for me to drive back to them and they would remake my order......1. It is not my job to ensure what I orderedis done correctly. 2. Clearly there is no accountability at this store. The girl that took my order said, "I am sorry Iforgot... and I accidentally didn't push the pickle button... " but the companies response is to make me drive 20 miles roundtrip again to get salad dressing and pickles. Avoid this place. The burger was great,but the side items portions were definitely kind of small for what you pay. I only got about 10 tator... tots,so that was a bit disappointing. The wait staff wasn't the best.Overall,the food was good,and the atmosphere was awesomeand retro. But,you may want to reconsider if you're looking for generous side portions ordering a larger side.
