Friendly and efficient service staff in one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have visited.
First I would like to say I noticed that a lot of older men eat there so maybe that's why they are still in business. The food... was disgusting the biscuit was so greasy that it greased the paper which grease my hand it was poorly presented. The staff wasawful the lady in the drive-thru act like she had a problem they are so short staffed that the manager was making food the girlon the front line was all over the place it was complaint on the phone and two complaints in the store the service was lackingspeed so there was another person complaining it is it was people in the Drive-Thru driving off for the slowness of the serviceI will never go there again Read more
The staff did nothing but argue with each other, yelling and the front counter staff wanted to shut down drive-thru and the... front line. We were originally in drive-thru until we were told that it was down, and that we had to come in to order, the waitwas 20min or longer. We would not have gotten our order if my wife would not have given the staff our receipt because they lostthe one they were supposed to have to fill the order. Food was great ?..service was poor ?..pulled into drive thru?? lady talked so fast I didn?t understand what she was asking ???.... I get to the window she took payment ?? handed back my card along with a drink ?. One after another no drink holder or anything??.. asked me to pull forwarded and took for ever to bring my food ??.. didn?t get straws for any of the drinks ??..: servicewas just bad !!!! Read more
No sauce with our chicken tenders, only 4 out of 4 tenders in the box, and whoever has been picking up the phone the last 7... times in a row I?ve called about it hangs up without speaking! Large fry was half full at best. Burger was cold, cheese noteven melted. We drove from Autryville for this?? Never again. Read more
Of pleasant experience to have. Everything was very standard my order was correct. I would go back there again.
The worst chicken tenders I have ever had, out of " supposedly 8" only 3 were even remotely edible. The rest , as seen in the... pic, look like strips of brown leather, and are so crispy and dry that you cant even eat them.... Read more
As fast food joints go, this one is a pretty polished example of corporate efficiency, and you get what you expect.
