Rude about taking our order ,- not upholding the 6 ft apart rule for customers bc it causes the line to move faster. About 4 ppl... ordered ahead of me altho I was ordering.. Tasty wings - lemon pepper were tasty. I would have ordered a different flavorturned out great with bl cheese dressing Philly loaded fries - stuffed in the box! So much food. First time at Great Steak. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were closing in about 30 minutes but our order was... large (7 meals, $92) and probably helped them make budget tonight. Haha. I have one small complaint. They left something out.Since we ordered to go and the mall had closed (it is in the food court), I was not able to go back and get the item. Thatsaid, we all did enjoy what we ordered. We had 5 Super Steaks, 1 Ruben and 1 Gyro. All were combos. There was also an order ofwings. The sandwich was very tasty and filling. The portion of fries was decent, and better than most fast food fries. We willhave to visit again. Read more
I have always loved their Chicken Phillys among other things. But when I visited today I noticed they have decreased their... portions and meat. My Chicken Philly was half as full as it usually is and I did not have much fries in my container. Thecontainer is usually full of fries. It's dissapointing and kind of a rip off if I still had to pay the same amount for less.Customer service was good as usual and they were fast today. Now I see why. It easy to be faster when you're giving less thanthe usual amount to customers. Read more
I just ate here for the first time and it was delicious! Very fresh and authentic. They even shaved the lamb off of a rotating... skewer like they do in Greece. I haven't tried any of their other food but I highly recommend the gyro. Read more
Sometimes I randomly want a cheesesteak, and this place hits the spot. There's something about their bread that tastes almost... fake but is still delicious... Pretty good combo deals too. Read more
