Since there isn?t a BurgerFi nearby, Five Guys is my go-to burger joint. I love that everything is made right after you order.... So it?s nice hot and fresh. I love even though I only order little fries, it?s like a large because it?s so much extra in thebag! Do people even order the regular or large?! The only downfall I have is, when did they become so expensive?! My doublebacon cheeseburger was $12!! That?s more than at LongHorns!! My lil milkshake (which they only have one size) was $5.29! I placed my order online and just had to pick it up. The food was completely wrong. Our burgers were missing everything except... cheese. I went back the next day and our order was redone for free. But due to lack of management the lady said the night shiftalways mess up people order. Read more
Great burger and the fries my goodness! It is so good, and I am ok with the wait cause they are cooking it to order, and I like... that. The only con was the restaurant could have been a little cleaner, but I still loved it. I would have eaten my fries offthe floor, lol. Read more
Only my second time ever at a Five Guys. Here are my thoughts: Great little bacon cheeseburger. My fries were very soggy though... which I hate but I don't know. Half their sodas in the coke machine were unavailable but I don't know if that's their fault.However, my husband LOVES it here and the kids seemed to enjoy the fries. I think it's super expensive here though. It cost us$35 for 2 drinks, one regular bacon cheeseburger, one little bacon cheeseburger, and large fry. Read more
$36.55 for 2 Burgers and 2 fries! Not even a drink in there. I think the food was good? I bought it to drop off at a family.... They didn?t give a review of the food. I will say, if the food wasn?t so expensive, I would have left a tip for the guy who tookmy order and handed over my food. His smile was amazing and he was super nice and happy!! The dining area at 3 on a Saturdayneeded some help and I guess they realized it just after I walked in as an employee was headed for a clean up. The trash waspacked full. There were no napkins in the dispenser. The floor could use a sweep. They must have been busy prior to me arrivingbecause 4 customers were waiting for food. I have always loved 5 guys food. The one I used to frequent went out of business.After seeing some online reviews I wasn?t sure if I wanted to order from here but I had no problem with customer service, badfood, or bugs as previous reviews stated. Cleanliness and service took a dive since they closed the one across from the Harris Teeter. Most tables had crumbs, drink... spots, or peanut crumbs. It took 5 minutes to get the little ketchup containers from when I asked. No sweet tea. Checkout personcharged for a fountain drink when i specifically stated I just wanted water. And the prices have gone up by at least perburger. We may have to find a new burger joint! Read more
Not good at all , i have went to another five guys location and it was great! Ordered burger and fry?s burger was so soggy... couldn?t even enjoy it burger tasted very bland . Will not be recommend.
