Second time ever in one of these establishments , and it did not disappoint. Around 5pm on a Wednesday, there was no crowd. The... restaurant was very clean with great employees that actually gave a warm greeting. I had no idea what I wanted, and they let meknow that once I was ready, they would be there to help. As I attempted to order a small combo, the cashier made sure to let meknow the size of the small sub. I immediately went a size up, so I wouldn?t be left hungry lol. Food was good as always but the staff could use a little more training in their customer service skills
Order sandwich with no sauce/dressing and instead of request be made, extra was added to my meal. On top of that when I called... to speak to a manager about the mishap, I was on hold for 10 minutes. They don't care about the device they provide. I enjoyfirehouse subs, but this is the worst location I have been too. It is dirty, the soda machine is always sticky, and the qualityof food is subpar compared to other locations. Unfortunately location like this one will hurt the franchise. Read more
Ordered 2 adult meals and asked if they did free sunday kids meal. Was told by the cashier yea only to be charged. Never coming... to this location again. Don't like being lied to. Read more
Good food, just seemed to take a long time to get food. The sandwich was amazing but the soup seemed to be almost burnt. Like it... had been on to high of a heat for too long. Also it was loaded potato soup but only had maybe 4 small pieces of potato in it. Read more
So I?m pretty disappointed in this place it was my first time going and I got a gluten-free turkey bacon ranch sub and asked to... have it without the ranch. Once I got it and opened it to eat it was just a disappointment for the price I paid. The gluten-freerolls they use are the ones you can find at Walmart they?re nothing special they?re super small and my sub by itself cost me $12+ $3.xx to make it a meal. It was way too much money for a sandwich I was expecting something better and I was also disappointedwith the ingredients I got one piece of bacon and a ton of ranch was put all over it it was very sloppy and soggy when I went toeat it. And since it was only me and one other person ordering it was not busy and there should be no excuse for the way it waspresented. The kids meals are decently priced for what they get (which is why I gave 2 star) but for one kids meal and my mealit cost me $22. So unfortunately I will probably not be back Jersey Mike?s has them beat as far as the gluten-free bread option. Read more
Our first time at a Firehouse Sub Restaurant. You can tell the employees take pride in their work here. The place was very... clean. And they had Christmas decorations up inside, including an artificial tree. The service was friendly, helpful and fast.The food was delicious. I had the New York Steamer, which is a pastrami sub. The bread tasted fresh also. Definitely a newfavorite. Read more
The service was not good not one friendly staff member as soon as we finished ordering the staff just hid behind the wall... gossiping with each other. The food was terrible just got one philly cheese steak it was made wrong and the whole sub fellapart as soon as I pick it up the bread was soggy not toasted and the steak was cold in the mild I had to let it fall off thenasty bun and eat it with my fingers ....couldn't find anyone to give me a fork or spoon.
