I had such a terrible experience tonight. Specifically with the supervisor/manager on duty. He has a terrible attitude and even... worse customer service skills. In the end I got what I needed but not after three calls one being to corporate, and getting anattitude from said supervisor. I'll go to jersey mikes which is much closer with friendlier staff and where I always get thecorrect order over dealing with the staff on duty tonight. Read more

Great place, fast service and very clean. Only drawback was their pickles are never fresh. I understand they buy in bulk, but... the pickle shouldn't be squishy or smell funny. I knew right away their pickles are trash, and that's sad for me to say becauseI love pickles. I understand they have garlic in their pickles but this place just has the worst pickles.
