Cooking with fire imparts the best flavor in food. You can find the best tasting fire-roasted chicken at Fabe's. I ordered the... pollo saltado and it was love at first bite. One draw back were the soggy fries because they placed them under the juicychicken. I will ask for fries on the side next time. Read more

I had chicken tacos and green beans. Both were amazing - everything had a ton of flavor and the chicken was so tender. Employees... were extremely pleasant as well. However, I asked for no tomatoes on my tacos. They came out with tomatoes so I tried to justscrape them off but there were a lot and they were buried under the queso/cilantro/onions, so I asked for them to be redone.When they came back out, it was clear all they did was try to scrape them off as well.. the chicken was cold, there was stilltomato juice and seeds all over the chicken, and they even missed some tomatoes. When I got off the plane I was looking for something tasty and a local suggested Fabe's and they did not disappoint my... tastebuds. The outside and inside was very clean and staff was very pleasant. The smell of the rotisserie chicken filled theair, and there was free refills on fountain drinks. Next time I come to Fayetteville I will definitely eat here again. Read more

First time here and well worth it! Never had a chicken breast come out so tender and juicy. Deliciously seasoned black beans and... the two different dipping sauces they have are great, the green one is a little spicy and yellow is like a mustard type. Willdefinitely be back!
