One star to post review. I ordered 1 item to pick up curbside due to injury. Waited 30 min in curbside parking spot on drive... they side. Moved to space close to the door and put hazards on which is what instructions are on the receipt I did not get indrive they line because it was backed up to the main road. Over an hour and still nothing but right when I decided to go insideto request a refund or my order to be made @ 11 then shortly after see an employee take someone their curbside order in thefirst space I had sat in for all that time. I don?t know how they do it, but this location consistently makes the worst coffee. Not only do they not get orders correct they... don?t even taste good. I have also had issues being charged for the incorrect order more than once. I was even supposed to berefunded on my gift card. But guess what? They couldn?t do that right either and instead I was given my gift card with 0$balance when I went to use it the next time. The location is great and inside is nice but the execution is not there. The literal best dunkin within 100 miles. Always gets my order right, and the employees are the kindest and sweetest souls. I?ve... always had an issue at other coffee chains with dairy being added to my non-dairy orders, but this location always honors myorder to a tee and I?ve never had an issue with my dietary needs here! Seriously the WORST dunkin I have EVER been to. Don't waste your time !! Cheese is never melted on sandwiches (always cold),... they are always out of everything, the wait is super long and the girls there have an attitude every singletime.... ***Update..... I stopped by this location soon as I got to town. I was in need for a Cold Brew coffee...And the young lady that took my order... was GREAT...PLUS when I got to the window, I was greeted by twins. Customer Service is everything to me. So PAYTON is the best,and my COFFEE was great also... I'm from Fayetteville but I no longer live here. I tried to give this location a chance multiple times and each and every time they disappoint. I placed a mobile order for... curbside this morning, parked, and continued to wait for about 20 minutes, they were not that busy.. so as I kept waiting I wentto the drive thru and told who seemed to be the manager that I had a mobile order. He went on to say oh you had a curbsideorder, I said yes I was over there for about 20 minutes and he goes ?oh well I looked over there a minute ago and no one wasover there? yeah because I was in the drive thru line after waiting 20 minutes sitting there?.
