Found a screw in my pizza I ordered from Dominos 5133 Raeford Rd Fayetteville, NC 28304 for my elderly stepfather called the... store manager was rude didnt even ask to see the screw and investigate oven or where it came from he offered me a credit for thepizza thats all but his tone was rude and nonchalant be careful with this location this is very concerning I ordered therebefore never had this issue dont know what happened but thought the manager would care enough to investigate where it camefrom!!! Very bad customer service and i doubt ill get that credit although thats not whats most concerning just hope no one getshurt!!! Thankfully my stepdad wasnt blind he could have swallowed it got hurt or bit into it and chip a tooth. Read more

So I literally used to work for this store. I ordered a pizza today not a very difficult Pizza just a medium with lite... pepperoni. I placed my order at 8:21 and picked it up at the specified time 8:49. My card was charged at 8:49 on the DOT and mypizza was still freezing cold. When I called to correct the experience I was greeted with the worst customer service I have everseen. The manager literally laughed at me and asked if I was serious. I then waited on hold for about 3 minutes before she saidwe don't normally do this for carryouts if you show up late it's your fault but I'll correct it and then hung up. Read more

I just got off the phone where they told me they could not find my order. When I gave the order# the guy said "oh I see it, the... system says it was delivered." My husband check the door. There was the pizza outside!! No one knocked, no one called... I HATEthat I pregave a tip (the only option offered) Next time we will just pick up from Marcos! I?m done coming to this dominos, time for me to find a new location. This is the 4th Chicken Alfredo Bread Bowl I have received... that?s bread is nearly entirely raw dough. The sad part is, I watch the tracker and the order is finished 10-20 minutes soonerthan expected. Do the job you?re paid to do and cook the food thoroughly! It really shouldn?t be that hard.. Giving 1 star cause 0 stars isn't an option. Yonny is the most unprofessional manager I've ever come across. They deliver us... another person's pizza (we ordered a Extravaganza hand tossed pizza with - beef and - ham with added Philly steak and theydelivered us a flat crust square cut pizza with bacon and jalapeños...) so not even remotely close to what we had ordered. Wetried fixing it via the website first but that was no help and kept rerouting us to the order screen. When we called to get ourpizza and compensation I was only offered a brownie or a 2 liter for waiting an hour for pizza. Not only that but she thenaccused us trying to just get free food. We wouldn't be in this situation if THEY hadn't messed up the order. Said that if theygive us a new pizza they would have to take the old one back which would be fine but I just think that during a pandemic oncethe food goes into the house the person working with food shouldn't be touching what could possibly contaminated but I told hershe is more more welcome to take back the wrong pizza. When I asked to speak with her boss (Melissa Mosely) I was then told thatbecause I asked for the boss they would no longer be able to help us. "I tried to give you an alternative but you didn't wantit" then I asked why we should have to bite the bullet for them not even being able to do a correct pizza order, she laughed andhung up. I have two complaints. One about the pizza the other about the Manager's customer service. Today, at 1700 I received my pizza... that I ordered online. I opened the box around 1715, and noticed my gluten-free pizza was burnt. The spinach looked crunchy andwithered. I looked up your policy and it stated that Domino's will deliver a replacement pizza no charge. So I called and themanager on duty is Jillian. I let her know my pizza was burnt. She informed me that "the gluten-free pizzas didn't haveinstructions and that they had to be pulled out early and that they are very busy." As the Manager she should have informed theemployees the times on pizza instead leaving them to speculate. As a Chef her response was very unprofessional, instead ofmaking excuses she should have been trying to improve the customers experience through kind words. Instead I received dry,unenthusiastic, poor leadership. I feel sorry for the employees they deserve better. Read more
