They made me wait 2 hours for my order and they didn't tell me. The delivery man was 3 minutes outside the store and when I... called they told me that the car was overheated. They do not inform you or give you the option to decide if you still want yourorder or not. When I called, the one who answered me was rude and hung up the phone on me. I am giving this review because at first the experience was bad because my pizza was delivered to the wrong house. I gave a... review about it that went directly to the store on the app. The store manager called me directly and was amazing. I wassurprised to receive the call. He was very apologetic and showed concern for my order, and I can truly appreciate that. So, forme the customer service is a plus and of course the pizza is always delicious. I am pleased. Read more

So the only thing I liked about this place is ordering from the app. It was easy too order and track my food. They delivered it... to my car in a timely manner. BUT? I ordered two 8 piece garlic Parmesan chicken wings. The chicken looked like it was fromfood lion across the street and they added Alfredo sauce over it. Couldn?t even taste no Parmesan or garlic. Seriously the worst experience getting a pizza EVER. Wanted to place an order on the phone and no one ever answered. I listened... to the ridiculous recording for 15 minutes before giving up and ordering online. The website was crazy slow and finallyrecognized my order after 20 minutes. THEN WE WAITED TWO HOURS for a pizza that NEVER CAME!!!! I finally get a call from someonesaying they are running behind and I told them I sent my husband to get our pizza. They said that was fine and he could come. 2minutes go by and I get another call saying that he could not let us in after dark. Mind you it gets dark at 5 pm this time ofyear. My husband doesn?t take that for an answer and someone opened the door for him. Want to know what they give him, afterOVER TWO HOURS? I ordered my meal, about an hour and half later I called the store to see the status since it?s been stating on the dominoes app... the foods been ready an hour ago. The store didn?t answer after 3-5 min, once he responds he puts me on hold, once the rep comesback I state I ordered my meal over an hour ago and I was just curious on the status, the response I receive was ? hold up letme talk to my boy? 10 seconds later ? he?s on his way now, you are the next order? and literally hangs up.
