I?m not even complaining about the food, but this place opens and closes so sporadically & random that I?m 99% certain that they... only open to make themselves lunch or dinner? They never have any chicken available. I literally just went through the drive thru, it's not even the full swing of lunch time... and the don't have any white meat. I was ordering a 2 piece snack and I was the only customer. They just need to close. Read more

I must say, I had high hopes and this place didn't disappoint. Customer service was on point and all the staff was nice and... enthusiastic about their job. The food came out fresh and hot and was so damn good, I must say the spicy chicken tenders aretruly spicy. I would totally recommend going to this place, especially this location, I never had it before yesterday but I willdefinitely have it again soon. Read more

YADKIN ROAD CHURCH'S----SMH.... I grew up with Church's from way back in the early 70's so I am an objective person I feel and I... want to be honest in my evaluation. Now on to business...Yadkin Road...This location can be frustrating because I visited oncea week for about a month straight and every trip either they were closed due to an oil spill....had no spicy chicken, mac ncheese, no Jalepeno, no , no ,no ...and another visit no carbonated drinks. Always something it seems. I did get an order ofspicy chicken last week and it was burnt so I called the manager and he offered to replace the chicken so I had my 3 pc cookedfresh. And this is the problem: The fresh cooked chicken was done almost to perfection. Nite and day from the burnt stuff Ireceived earlier. Why can't we offer quality the first time? Do it right OR do it twice my mother used to say. I can understandlack of staff issues makes workers fatigued that do try and come to work but as a food service establishment either you toe theline or you close down. PERIOD!! I understand human error but as a franchise your job is to be consistent with the quality thathas your business established. This is truly what gives you the advantage over the new Mom and Pop shops. So if you keep yourdoors open then customers expect quality NOT excuses. SHIP UP or SHIP OUT! Read more

The inside was closed and we were there between 1 - 2pm. We were told they honored 1 coupon per car. We got the order then... pulled back around to the drive thru behind 1 car. We realized they left off the okra in the order and she walked around to askthem to complete it. Meanwhile we ordered a 7pc mixed. We asked for no thighs she said we have to get them. I drove to thewindow and asked what comes in it and she said whatever the packer puts in it. Then they left out the biscuits that weresupposed to be in the order. They were talking loudly and said we should have cooked at home. I was very disappointed. Read more
