We haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in years. I was truly disappointed that they stopped selling the value meals with tokens and... that you had to buy the token cards separately. After purchasing 4 of them, we got told pizza would be an hour so, whatever thekids can go play and eat when it comes out. The pizza came out in about 15 mins. Which was great. The kids sat to eat and thenwent back to play, only to find that their cards ran out of time because the cashier never told us that when they were gonna eatthat they had to pause them. So, they lost the rest of their time on their cards and for what I paid for 3 large pizzas, 7drinks and 4 coin cards the least they could've done was tell us to pause the cards...... Very disappointed and won't be backany time soon ???? Read more

My nephew, Ali had his 4th birthday party here. We had a great time even though they gave us the wrong cake. It was replaced... with the correct cake. We appreciate the great service. Minor Note: There was no ink for the kids to take pictures. Read more

The kids will have a ball. The greeter was BEST. Friendly and didn't show that she minded being at work. The kids enjoyed... themselves. Not crowded and they had two birthday parties while we were there. Spacious and plenty for the kids to do and playwith. Read more

1st off A+++ to the staff! They were absolutely amazing and pizza was delicious on our visit 8/7 however i counted at least 13... things not working including both time pause card machines.Have visited this place more times than I can count as my 5yr oldloves this place so things being down don't bother her as much but as a parent paying at an establishment and so much is out oforder when there is already a limited amount of games at this location to begin with makes it feel as though it's a waste money. My son has autism and Chuck e cheese has sensory friendly Sundays. This Sunday I guess they must have not been having the... sensory friendly Sunday. The manager showed up at 9:30 and was a little surprised to see me there. I explained that I was toldsensory Sunday would happened today, and then something amazing happened. I believe her name was Tawana or Tanya (sorry if I gotthat wrong). This woman went above and beyond for my son. She opened the store up earlier than she had planned and allowed myson to enjoy Chuck e cheese all to himself. What she did was the most awesomest thing for my child having autism is somethingthat can be frowned upon and it's hard to deal with. She made a memory that will last him for a lifetime I can never repay herenough. Chuck e cheese you hired a real one here????????????!! The staff was friendly and my son enjoyed himself we willdefinitely be back!!!!! We appreciate all the extra effort that was put into our visit ??????!! Thanks again!! Kelli and Brandon Read more

Counted at least 10 machines unplugged and more that didn?t work properly. They didn?t let us know that so many machines were... out of service or else we would not have stayed. It made it a lot less fun when the kids couldn?t play many of the games or getthem to operate or tell the correct score. Will not be back to this location. Read more

Won?t be going back. The playground has been removed. This isn?t a Chuck E. Cheese anymore, it?s just an arcade. One large pizza... and 4 drinks was around $35, and half the machines didn?t work. I also spent $50 on tokens and had almost no tickets by the endof it. Staff seemed nice. Read more

One of the worst Chuck E Cheeses I have been to...which says a lot. Literally a 1/3 of the entire games were broken and... inoperation. See pictures below. I told the manager they should at least tell customers upon arrival so you have the rightexpectations going in. Ridiculous. Read more
