I got a catering order and just got 68 nuggets or something like that & mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was burnt on the edges... but piping hot which was nice. The nuggets on the other hand were straight up cold and seemed like they were sitting forever. Tospend $95 on that, especially for a party I would expect better. My family loves Chick-fil-A! However on this particular visit we drove nearly a half hour and got home and both my sons chicken... sandwiches were wrong. He ordered spicy chicken and ended up with grilled chicken with Monterey. Read more

This drive-thru always has the best customer service and the window service is fantastic too! This establishment has gone downhill. I am so disappointed. I always order lemonade and pay the extra for large. The lemonade... tasted like there was no sugar in it at all. I thought they may have given me diet by mistake, but when I approached the counterand told the guy, he said Yeah, it wasn?t mixed right. Sorry about that. He put some lemonade in a small cup and had me tasteit. I told him it was the same. I don?t think they changed it out, which means they were serving that until it was gone. That?sbad business. He offered me another drink and I chose tea. It tasted old. I used to love this place, but the past 4 or 5 timesI?ve been here have been awful. They put ice in drinks that were requested with no ice, forget condiments, forget napkins.Chicken is tough and overdone. Pickles are stringy. Fries are stale and cold. I thought I?d fix all that by dining in instead ofdrive through, but dining in is almost worse. Sticky tables and chairs, flies buzzing around, and an abundance of employees, butit seems like they are not working together. After they bring your meal, they don?t come back to check on you, so you have towait in line while your food gets colder. Not sure who manages this particular location, but they have dropped the ball. For theprice of these meals, it is really a shame they can?t get their act together. Totally bummed. This one on Ramsey is not so friendly and very unorganized. I can admit , the food is always fresh and tasty. I only ever get... the Cobb salad. About a month ago was my first time ever eating at chick filet . The Cobb salad was so good I ordered again thenext day. My husband tried it and he too fell in love with it. We ordered 3 times that week. The next week we ordered, we sohappen to get the dried red peppers in a bag , that is supposed to come with the salad. After about 6 salads in , is when wereceived them. Prior to that , this establishment never ever put them in with our order. I came to the establishment last night, 8/25 and ordered 3 Cobb . One for me, hubby and son. Got home 10 mins away and they only put dressing in for 2 salads andguess what ? No bags of the dried red peppers. (Which comes with the salad mind you). I was heated. I drove back and wentinside. Was at the counter alone , and 3 workers walked right by me. One was a manager because she was in different attire. Theyoung man who originally brought my order to me curbside noticed me and asked what happened. He apologized and gave me what Ineeded. So I?m thankful. I?m also glad that he came when he did because they way the others just walked right on past me had mefuming . Definitely didn?t need to end up on the news over salad. I just wish this establishment paid more attn to customers andtheir orders. Gas is too expensive to be driving back and forth for them to get things correct. Placed my order for two combos in drive thru and was asked what sauce do I want. I requested 5 packs of Roasted BBQ sauce for... each meal for a total of 10 packs and a pack of mayo while placing my order. We use the sauce for fries and we had an 8ct ofnuggets. The food was delivered to my car and checked the bag and there was no Roasted BBQ sauce. I called the the attendantback to the car and explained I requested 10 packs and she said we can't give out 10. She asked to see my order and said shewould ask for some. So the response was to give me none. She came back to the car with 5 packs and I asked if I can pay forthe sauce and she said she and the person at the window did not want to get in trouble. I asked that she needs to relay to hermanagement that I was asked how many I want during the time I placed my order which is misleading. And we don't use ketchup soallow us to pay for what we want. I understand the young lady was doing her best, but there needs to be better service tocustomers to receive what they ordered. Instead of giving me less than what I requested, they gave me Roasted BBQ sauce, justthe mayo. The pleasantries from the employees do not void the expectation to get orders as requested. Charge for the saucebecause we did not have enough for our order. Feel free to reach out Management, if you would like to make this right with aloyal customer. Wet egg, smashed tots, and off-tasting lemonade from what I hope is too much pulp. Looks like breakfast isn't happening... today. Last time going to chik fil a, hopefully ever. Using Jesus to sell chicken only goes so far, apparently. Read more

One of the worst customer service experiences I?ve ever had. When my order was being take, the manager interrupted my cashier... 2-3 times asking her if she would like to go on break. It took us at least 10 minutes to finish my wife and I?s order. I livenext to this location and come here twice a week. It seems like the customer service here continually gets worse. I?ve grown upworking for Chick-fil-A?s and love coming here. Sad to see. Read more
