The food was good but customer service could use some ?fixing?. They laugh and play behind the counter while you stand there... waiting to order. I ordered a Big Fish made like a whopper, get all the way home and literally all that?s on this fish sandwich is a ton of... mustard and ketchup. Not a little bit of lettuce nothing. I call to inform them and was asked to drive back with the sandwich.So not only didn?t I get what I PAID for, you want me to waste my gas to come back out, tonight. The more reasonable thing wouldhave been to allow me to get my food replaced once I return to the area. Not inconvenience me further. Exactly why I don?t dealwith Burger King. Drive-thru window service was slow. I asked for sauce and ketchup packages but only received a couple of sauce packages. I asked... for napkins and was told they were in the bag but there were none. I drove a mere 4mins from there to a park and in that brieftime the chicken nuggets, the mozzarella sticks, and the fries were not at all warm--that means they couldn't have been anywherenear fresh when I received them. The nuggets were ok, but really would have liked some extra salt. And I completely missed salton the fries (I think they forgot), and without ketchup they were weak, not hot (not even warm), and bland. Disappointed! Read more
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! This location tainted the food of my 9 year old niece, brother-in-law, and sister with something... extremely spicy. My brother-in-law and sister love spicy foods and even they couldn?t handle it. It wasn?t a sauce. Maybesomeone tainted it with cayenne pepper? Our family kept the burgers and will be contacting the health department on Tuesday. Ihave lived here 14 years and will make sure everyone knows to not eat at this Burger King unless they want their food taintedwith. Read more

A chain restaurant has a set of standards and as expected everything is great and delicious. I enjoyed the Impossible burger... and fries today. Today, unlike any other time, the fries had an after taste of the fish that is sold here! Both are greatitems and luckily I enjoyed the mix. Read more
Got there had to wait longer than 5 mins for someone to even greet me. Then the register at the counter was not working and the... mgr write down my order and took my card all the way to back drive thru window out of my sight to run my transaction.
