Asked politely, several times, for no sauce. My burger came with extra sauce, old lettuce, and tomato?s that looked 2 days old.... And I never got a receipt. The attitude they had when I told them my order was incorrect was ridiculous. All good, threw thatburger away on the spot and told them to Keep the money. Never again. Read more
The women's restroom is in poor repair. They have the Accessible stall patched up with plexiglass so it is not stable.
I am sad to report that this particular location I failed to inform the staff that whenever you are warming up pancakes you have... to separate them so they don't meld together. Oh and thank you for cramming my food into a tiny box that was never meant adesign for. Don't waste your money during the first shift which is 6 to 2:00 p.m. Read more
The food was pretty much the usual and consistent with the BK brand. The other consistent quality, since the start of the... Pandemic at least, is their inability to keep bathrooms accessible & properly stocked. I'd suggest selecting another fast foodvenue instead BK for your journeys little "Pit Stops." Burger King is not a destination for a dining experience. It's more ofa convenience for a quick bite of rather unhealthy food while traveling. This time the lobby was open so the bathrooms wereaccessible for the patrons. However, there was no toilet paper (TP) in the "Woman's Room" (I was told). Evidently, when anemployee was asked if they had any TP, the reply was that they were waiting for a delivery sometime later today. It wassuggested to the employee to check the Men's Room for any extra TP. The employee came back and said that there was, but shecould not figure-out how to remove it and why don't you (that'd be my wife) just use the Men's Room ... an option that my wifewas not comfortable with & fortunately we were just waiting for our room (just down the street) to be made ready. The hotellobby has public lavatories so it was not a big deal. If my wife had mentioned it to me sooner, I would have gone into theMen's Room & figured out how to remove a roll of TP! My question is that if the employee couldn't figure-out how to remove aroll of TP from the holder, how were they going to install the new rolls of TP? Many would not have asked & just use paper handtowels, which would cause all sorts of plumbing issues (which my wife would not do BTW). We travel up & down the I-95 corridora lot. We use to expect to stop, eat AND freshen-up at the Restrooms then refuel the car at a nearby gas station - but atBurger King that appears to be too much to ask. Read more
The fish was burnt, they claimed they no longer have whoppers. He suggested an impossible burger. While I understand there are... vegetarians, let's not forget what got Burger King this far. I looked up the impossible burger and found out it's plant based. I had to stand outside in the heat with bugs. Really and got 2 burnt fish sandwiches. Read more
Staff was not very friendly and inattentive. They were out of ice (no cold drinks) and out of a ton of drinks too. They didn't... seem to care. Even for highway burger king, it was poor quality. Read more
2/3 of the entrance doors locked at 12pm, slow service, menu screens need replacing, floor and walls were very very sticky,... employees laughing and playing while customers waiting and watching, no one greeted any customers! Read more
Worst packaging I ever seen, we ask for a breakfast (ultimate platter) on November 12 and they put almost everything in this... small box. It had the egg under the pancakes and the bacon over the pancakes, the hashbrowns was the only thing that were apart.The employee was really rush to drop everything over us and disappear without having any customer behind us, she don't even toldus that the breakfast was on the bag, thing that left me confused because WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT???
