Please don?t visit this location. My husband and I pulled up to the drive-through at around 1:35. Oddly, a automated message... was playing over the speaker that said ?Biscuitville is now closed? over and over. A staff member came on laughing and when myhusband asked her what was going on, she said she didn?t know. The line was moving very slow and once we got to the window, theworker clearly was irritated. She didn?t greet us, just took our money. She then told us that our food wasn?t ready and to pullaround to the front. We then proceeded to wait for almost 40 more minutes, 2 different workers came out to tell us our food wason the way. We didn?t get our food until my husband went to the door. By that time it was almost 2:30. We ended up not evengetting all of our food because the fries got cold. Super dissatisfied with the customer service at this establishment.Although we did get our money back and received a free meal, it was definitely not worth it. Read more

Every single time I come here, I am asked to pull around and wait for my order. It doesn?t matter what time of day I come... though, I always have to wait. Even though the average wait time in the drive though is at least 10-15 minutes. Today I waitedover 20 minutes for my order and never got my drink. This fast food restaurant has got to be the slowest in all of Fayetteville. Read more
Lines are long so be prepared food could have been much better and the scramble eggs was not good at all
First time visiting a biscuitville! We always pass by but I knew I had to try it because the line is usually wrapped around the... building & I love breakfast food! We decided to dine in, had people sitting inside but no line. We were greeted when weentered.They were very nice and helpful with recommendations & being patient while we looked over the menu, like he was happy toserve us. Service was fast. Loved it! Food was delicious! Everything, the biscuit, the sausage tasted so good with the egg andcheese on the biscuit (soft and fluffy, then kinda crispy too), the hash brown was nice and crispy! The sausage gravy was sogood I didn't need to add salt or nothing.. and got me a to go lid for that because I going to use it LOL Yal... the tea wassweet and good, I even refilled it to take on the road lol.. Biscuits had me thinking it was small but once I started andfinished it left NOTHING to be desired.. around lunch I wish I had a biscuit in my pocket but anyway... Husband had the newcorned beef hash biscuits & it was good as well. You can't get good corned beef everywhere so... yeah It was less than $40 forboth our meals. Food is always fresh, it will back up in the drive thru, but goes really quickly most times I've been or seen it full. The... inside has always been clean (even during a morning rush) and I've never seen the outside dirty or with trash everywhere. Greatfor early breakfast or for a great lunch! Highly recommended! So not only did our food take 15+ min. We ordered a cinnamon roll and they waited til we were outside waiting to tell me they... were out. Then we finally got our food and there?s hair in my eggs!!!!! I?m not even wasting my time calling them. The last twovisits were terrible. Read more
UPDATE: When I finally did make it to the window, there wasn?t so much as an ?I?m sorry for the long wait? or anything of the... sort. Just an employee with a bad attitude and workers within sight who were moving SO incredibly slow. To top it off, my foodwas lukewarm, which makes sense considering the wait. Will absolutely not be back. I have been in this drive thru line foralmost 45 minutes and there is no way to leave - totally stuck. If you cannot staff your restaurant appropriately, you shouldnot be operating. Read more
