Please don?t visit this location. My husband and I pulled up to the drive-through at around 1:35. Oddly, a automated message... was playing over the speaker that said ?Biscuitville is now closed? over and over. A staff member came on laughing and when myhusband asked her what was going on, she said she didn?t know. The line was moving very slow and once we got to the window, theworker clearly was irritated. She didn?t greet us, just took our money. She then told us that our food wasn?t ready and to pullaround to the front. We then proceeded to wait for almost 40 more minutes, 2 different workers came out to tell us our food wason the way. We didn?t get our food until my husband went to the door. By that time it was almost 2:30. We ended up not evengetting all of our food because the fries got cold. Super dissatisfied with the customer service at this establishment.Although we did get our money back and received a free meal, it was definitely not worth it. Read more

Every single time I come here, I am asked to pull around and wait for my order. It doesn?t matter what time of day I come... though, I always have to wait. Even though the average wait time in the drive though is at least 10-15 minutes. Today I waitedover 20 minutes for my order and never got my drink. This fast food restaurant has got to be the slowest in all of Fayetteville. Read more

UPDATE: When I finally did make it to the window, there wasn?t so much as an ?I?m sorry for the long wait? or anything of the... sort. Just an employee with a bad attitude and workers within sight who were moving SO incredibly slow. To top it off, my foodwas lukewarm, which makes sense considering the wait. Will absolutely not be back. I have been in this drive thru line foralmost 45 minutes and there is no way to leave - totally stuck.
