I have went here 2 Sundays in a row. The employees are super lazy and on their cell phones. The 1st Sunday I was told that they... didn't have any cinnamon bites because they had just done a big order and could make anymore well today is June 6th 2021 and theexcuse is we don't have anymade it will be 30 mins and as always on their cell phones and moving slower than turtle's. Everytime I eat at this Auntie Anne's the bites are hard. And when I would try to request some fresh ones the employees are to... lazy to make a new fresh batch . Instead just give me a new cup that are still equally hard. Try another pretzel place in themall. Read more
I purchased the mini pretzel dogs and had to wait 22 minutes. While waiting noticed the employee preparing my order stopped and... went to blow/wipe her nose and did not wash her hands before returning to bag my mini pretzel dogs. Paid about $3 for a large drink and they don?t offer refills! Meanwhile, I could?ve went and bought another large drink for... about $2 and have as many refills as I wanted. I was very discouraged when I found they don?t offer refills. For a drink $3 ,you would think they would give free refills. Moreover, it takes them forever to remake pretzel nuggets.
