I am giving 3 stars because of the attentiveness from the other waitstaff. My waiter was missing in action. I actually like this... particular store so I was disappointment at what happened. I took my broke best friends (my teenagers) out to eat and I wasovercharged. The food was absolutely delicious except for the bottom crumbs of the tortilla chips they sent out for myappetizers. Again, I had to ask other staff to help explain why I was overcharged so much. My daughter spilled her drink and thewaiter never brought extra napkins or attempted to assist with the clean up. I received a little compensation for the wholeordeal, so I will DEFINITELY return. Hopefully better luck! Read more
1st time going to Applebees since returning to America, we saw the reviews on service but I wanted the wontons and my... brownie. Service was not so great, everyone seemed confused about who was serving who, where to sit us, and who was doing thehosting at the front, so we had bit of a wait when we sat down and some people got served before we did that sat down after usin the same area but they apologized and the food was delicious! We sat outside. This was my first time trying this sandwichbut it was very good. The chicken wontons were just as good as I remember 3 yrs ago, cooked perfectly and so was theblondie. I had The Bourbon street chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes served on a sizzling pan. With a side order of lemonade. The... silvered sauteed onions, delectable sliced mushrooms, creamy cloud potatoes was like a dream. The shrimp mounted the tender porkchop like chicken breast wonderfully. 1 ? The service was awful. The lady had a bad attitude from the moment we walked in. One thing that bothers me is she didn't right... down our order and I was like oh she is good but she messed up three things and got mad when we told her we were missing stuff.I had to ask for drink twice which would seem like a lot but we had to wait forever for our food. The ribs were overcooked, andthe sauce was spicy, which I like, but not when I don't ask for it. Overall it was just a bad experience and the food was justaverage at best. Read more
Our Waitress was new, yet very attentive & was willing to check on our orders, or questions were promptly answered, even when... she had to get the answers from co workers & she was upbeat & cheerful all the way through, even when we were not so cheerfulourselves. Ugh.. shabby at best! Really not a good experience tonight.. maybe because it was too crowded! My pasta came 1985 Michael... Jackson instead of 1993 Micheal Jackson. Waited forever to get the bill AFTER asking for to go boxes. No re fills on the water .Again.. maybe it was because of the huge crowd on a Friday night! Read more
Absolutely love this Applebee's location! It's good to go "where everybody knows your name" & they make you feel like old... friends! We were seated within 2mins of walking in, Hunter was our server, the food was prompt & delicious ???? We enjoyed theneighborhood nachos, 3 kids Alfredo Pasta meals, & the blackened salmon with butter garlic broccoli! Hunter's customer servicewas top notch & our kids connected with her fun energy! Never again will this location get a penny from us. One event after another left us feeling like we were in the twilight zone.... It took asking three people, four different times to get some dressing for our salads. I never got the straw I asked for, had toask for water three times and it was finally delivered as we were ready to leave. They weren?t super busy but service was awful. FINALLY got some napkins after the third ask. It was entertaining watching my husband eat ribs without them. I asked the ladythat delivered our food if she could please get our server for us. She turned and SLOWLY walked away to a table 4 feet away fromme where she continued to pretend I was invisible. I looked for a manager and couldn?t find anyone.
