I suppose the most important thing about a restaurant is the food. Zaxby's food is okay. I've never liked it a lot though. The... chicken is stringy and tough. That's been true for every location I've been to. This one is the same. I did used to like theirgrilled chicken salads. Unfortunately they got rid of all the dressings I liked. The prices have also gone up to ridiculouslevels. Three little pieces of chicken shouldn't cost over $10. Read more

Although the Zaxbys APP SUCKS ????????? while I was having challenges placing my order on online, the crew and manager... Quinterous was super helpful. With a growing drive thru ... the manager took the time to assist me for the BOGO promo I came infor. The app still DIDNT work but he honored the promo with a smile! He was professional and personally apologized for theinconvenience. A+++ on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Clean, and received my order in good timing. I thought it would be a hassle once I wasinformed of the issue but he made sure to explain with patience, being extremely helpful. Read more

They were rude. How're you going to try to compete with chic-fil-a across the street with that attitude? No fork for the salad.... I asked for sauce for my tenders amd they gave me one. It was half full so I had to get back in line amd pay for more when I gotthe fork. 2/10 won't be coming back. Petty to charge me for that small amount of sauce. Read more
