Food was good, but person taking order was not the most pleasant of person. Customer service was lacking.

Terrible customer service. This place needs new management or new employees. I went in to order wings then forgot my wallet so I... went back to my car to get a $20 then called my mom to ask if she wanted something while waiting for her to continue my order, Iordered 10 pc wings then an impossible burger and it was $2 over what I had I told her to put it in for 40 and I would go to thecar and get another 20. Instead she put my order on hold and when I came back in 3 minutes later I had to wait behind 6 peopleto finish my order. My order started at 5:45, then was put through at 5:49 (see pic of receipt) I come back in and ask when myfood will Be ready and the lady ignored me. Then she said not ready yet so i continued to wait while 6 other people receivedtheir food. This has nothing to do with a language barrier, the lady rolled her eyes at me after I asked her again what wastalking so long. The only reason I continued to wait is because my mom wanted food from here. Needs new management and employeesor it should be shut down. Read more

Waited over a hour for my order(when she said it?ll be 25 min), when i went to go get my refund and just cancel the whole order... the girl got my receipt went to the back and brought up my food and the Philly cheese steak has zero flavor!! Read more
