Most unprofessional dining establishment in Fayetteville. We have given them 3 chances in the last month and only because we... love wingstop and really hoped the first two times were just bad days. Ordered on the app tonight, already anticipated theywould be behind so we showed up about 10-15 min after the time estimate. There was a very loud and public for lack of a betterword, fight, happening in front of the doors when you try to walk in. One employee is screaming at another over some missingAirPods. Their manager is yelling over the phone at the two employees fighting. Classy. Anyways, Food was ready but no drinks. Asked about the drinks and was told no drinks were on the order. Checked order email and shows three sweet teas. Cashierasked for name multiple times and finally confirmed we ordered drinks. Was handed the cups and went ahead and filled our cupsonly to find out there was only enough for 1/2 cup. Let cashier know they were out of tea, was told that whatever is out thereis out there and they weren?t making more because it was ?late?. It was 7pm. They are open until midnight. Get home and findthat the fries were very undercooked (special instructions stated well done) and the corn was hard and tasted like it was cookedabout 10 min too long. The last time we were here we did an online order and when we showed up we were told the order was neverput in because they were out of corn. Employee stated they tried to call the number on the ticket but nobody responded (nobodytried to call, number was confirmed correct, and even the manager on duty told the employee that she know she didn?t try tocall). They go ahead and put the rest of the order in and we proceed to wait 20 min for it to all be cooked. Was asked if wewanted fries since they were out of corn but said no and just asked for the corn to be refunded. This is the worst location ever! And to think that the owner lives within 7 miles of this dump is embarrassing! Sticky nasty... floors. Workers chain smoking out front and not washing their hands before returning to work! Corn as stale as cardboard paper!Fries soggy as wet newspapers! Tea taste like it was made 4 months ago! Stopped in yesterday for an early dinner and I have to say me food was amazing !!! Everything came to the table fresh and cooked... to perfection. The staff was on point, wait time was minimal and they made sure I good the entire time I was there. Vibe wasnice and they had great background music was great !!!! 09/05/22 I visited this location with a quite pleasurable experience. First I was greeted by a Ian, who was quite professional... and polite. Kudos to you young man. I hope you are recognized for the effort you put forth to service the customers in aprofessional courteous manner. At this point just shut this place down. I really hope this is not the place Rick Ross owns, if so he needs to come and check on... his business. Customer service sucks, if you place an order online after thirty minutes of arrival it's still not ready. Hellthey wasn't even aware I placed an order because no one bothered to check the computer. The manager outside on a smoke breakplaying candy crush while her lost staff are in there walking around looking lost. They don't deserve one star. Read more
We visited this place on what was named"chicken wings day," but totally disappointed from the time we approached the... counter! Obviously, one dude was handling everything.???? In approaching the counter, I was about to lean on it, but my fingeralerted me of liquid spilled all over it. I immediately told the cashier dude, asked for napkins, but he just gave me a blanklook and actually ignored me, proceeding to take our order! 1st strike... cleanliness concern! 2nd strike...lack of customerservice, care, and I felt disrespected! 3rd strike...does not know their own menu items! As our order was placed, which was theitem for two, this dude kept asking my husband to tell him what we are ordering. I said it's what you have listed on your menufor two people! Well, I'm still being ignored by this dude, so I have no voice! Who is this dude anyway!???? He was cordial toeveryone else? There were 4 people ahead of us waiting for food, then as we sat 3 females arrived or returned back to work, sohe finally had help! Due to covid-19, there are concerns about sanitation and cleanliness, because one table by the window hadshoes on the floor and meal left on table, not sure where that person was? Also, no staff had on masks, gloves, and wondered ifhands were washed after entering behind the counter! Lastly, our fries were so far burnt, and crunchy from the advertisement onthe wall and the chicken was just another cook, nothing special at all! I have lived in Fayetteville for over 2 years. During that time I have considered stopping here several times. I stopped there... on the way home from the airport after traveling all day. I was thrilled to find something open. They were going to be open foranother hour. When I entered ,the only employee asked if I were there for a pick-up. I replied that I wanted to place an order.She responded ?I?m only taking online orders? and simply walked away. I went to my car and was going to place an online order,wait for them to prepare my order, walk in and pick up my order. It then occurred to me how absurd it was that I could haveplaced the exact order with the employee. That said, there is not a chance this company will ever get a penny from me in anylocation. I don?t place online orders when I?m standing in front of you. I will never know if they make good wings. Read more
