The new wendys worker during 11/19/2022 at 8:00pm is the worst ive ever seen. I order a daves double with extra lettuce and... tomatoes and pickles. They had a sign that said short on lettuce. Ok thats fine. But why u didnt tell me when i ordered extralettuce and tomatoes? Not only did i not get my extra tomatoes. I didnt get no tomatoes at all. My fries taste old. Cold ashell. New in town. Wanted to grab a quick bite. Big mistake. First, they wouldn't let me up size to a frosty with my meal. Saying that... no you need to get a drink we don't do that. Then we got our meals. When I tell you theeeeee worst customer service eva. So you close at 10pm. I pull up to the drive thru at 9:30, wait to finally... get to the window at 9:55 for the employee to say we?re closed. When I questioned it, she had the nerve to have a smart mouthand say, ?we close at 10 you can google it?. I then snapped. Like are you kidding me. The staff are just so rude here. I don't know why you would get into a customer service driven job, when you don't even like... people. It seems every person you deal with, at this location, are so rude..... every time we go there it's the same. The foodis consistently good and they are pretty good about filling your order correctly. The service here is getting worse by the day! Even after speaking with the area manager who was going to address all the mess... that?s happening it keeps going down!! Today they apparently charged me for someone else?s meal and then instead of voiding thewrong order and just charging me for mine that left the first part and did a 2nd charge for the difference and the manager nowhas an attitude that SUCKS ?,don?t think she even knows what the word polite means?. Sam needs to be fired. Not only did she get my order wrong, she didn?t give me my drink and refused to bring me a replacement... sandwich when she messed up my order. I order a big bacon, she gave me a david single.. Additionally, she hung up in my facetwice and told me I should?ve reordered if I wanted another sandwich. I will be speaking to their manager Johtyce tomorrow andcalling corporate Monday morning. This is the second time I have had an incident with this establishment. $10.00 down the drainfor low class service. As I am writing this, another employee walks out with what could be my correct order and a drink which Irefuse to take because she could?ve done anything to it now that I asked for her manager?s information. This all could?ve beenresolved had she had some class and good customer service the FIRST time around, not after you feel like your reputation is onthe line. Waited in line for 30 minutes (many cars left the line allowing us to move quicker). Finally got to the menu to order and the... girl either couldn?t understand us or just didn?t care. When we got to the window, we double checked and had to correct her.Finally got the order and it was wrong. Waited another 15 minutes for them to cook the correct food that we asked for.
