I generally have a great experience at Waffle Houses. This location seemed to have a taxed or stressed atmosphere. The food was... great but the way the service was organized was not well manged.We waited a long time at the cashier to pay for our meal and noone came over for a very longtime and I had to call someone to come over to take care of my bill and everyone saw how.long wewere waiting. We hope they will try and step up their game and to better manage the team and their service to help them worktogether more efficiantly to serve their costomers . This Waffle House location (@ Hwy 54 & Gingercake Rd.) is our favorite because the staff are friendly & efficient. We almost... always get our food as ordered, and if it's not exactly right they are quick to correct it. Read more
They missed the mark today, we just left this location. A young lady took our order, then we waited 26 minutes, and a guy in a... DAWGS jersey comes by with hashbrowns and eggs, asking if I ordered it. I told him that I ordered the ALL STAR, and he says"yeah this is it". It was very cold. Then I asked about 57 sauce and hot sauce, another guy tells me "it's Tabasco". I let himknow that my food is cold, and yet a young lady comes over and tells me that we could leave and "it's on me". Huh? Subsequently,we left, extremely disappointed. Now this location is usually on point, the server 2L will tell you something insightful orwitty, OR both. But this was a very poor performance. I only received hashbrowns and 2 eggs, they need better practices inplace. Read more
Food was fast, hot, prepared nicely, night waitress not so pleasant. I waited for the cook and the waitress to finish smoking,... before they went back in to take the order then was quite rude even after I tipped her. Read more
Poor customer service with new customers. I?m uncomfortable every time I go there. I called ahead no answer. I walk in no... greeting. This morning I went in, the employee did not greet me and did not want to take my order. To fold me to hold on baggedan order and continue to do nothing. There were 3 servers but no one taking call ins or willing to take my order. They were notbusy. My salon is closer to this one but I?ll continue to drive elsewhere. Read more
