I generally have a great experience at Waffle Houses. This location seemed to have a taxed or stressed atmosphere. The food was... great but the way the service was organized was not well manged.We waited a long time at the cashier to pay for our meal and noone came over for a very longtime and I had to call someone to come over to take care of my bill and everyone saw how.long wewere waiting. We hope they will try and step up their game and to better manage the team and their service to help them worktogether more efficiantly to serve their costomers . Poor customer service with new customers. I?m uncomfortable every time I go there. I called ahead no answer. I walk in no... greeting. This morning I went in, the employee did not greet me and did not want to take my order. To fold me to hold on baggedan order and continue to do nothing.
