This... establishment is a shining star that has become my go to, guaranteed good food spot. The presentation of the food was well thought out and put together. But that was where it ended. I have been to several Thumbs... Up it is actually one of my favorite breakfast spots and I?m big on breakfast any time of the day! Their food is very differentthan the other Thumbs Up?s it lacks seasoning. I ordered the Ultimate Seaside and a chicken wing. The tomatoes in the grits werenot fresh at all and the grits had no flavor. The Sassy scramble was under seasoned. The catfish was pretty good the batter wasdifferent but not bad. The waiter was very nice though and appreciated my honesty about what I thought about the food. Great atmosphere and ambience. Much better than the older locations. The fact that they serve mimosas and accept cards is a game... changer. Food was fresh and fast. Service was great as well. Even My 8 month old son loved the eggs and grits. We will be back. Read more

Nice prices. The vote is out on the food. My order was a disaster. The service was not great. I understand that this is a... new restaurant and it takes a month or two to work out the kinks and train your servers. My order was wrong. My wife's orderwas wrong. The server didn't know how to use the handheld. I ordered a breakfast meat sandwich. I received a bagel witheggs. The kitchen was fast. Food came out quickly. It came out wrong but it came quickly. My order was sent back and mysandwich was replaced, but my side order was not, so that was served cold. We did not have a good experience here. Probably aone or two star experience, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with hopes that it's better in the future. I'llprobably never go back for breakfast, but maybe I'll try lunch down the road. Read more
