I had to wait until the manager counted the drawer before I got my food. I was asked how I was I going to be paying, my... response was with cash and that was it. Less than a spoon full of meet is on this chalupa. After going back and asking for a correction of our order we were told that... this is the allotted amount and if we want more meat we will have to pay extra. I didn?t know people had to pay extra just toget what they paid for. Will not be back. Read more
UPDATE. Just tried the new cheddar chalupa. Ugh. Way greasy and sloppily made with tomatoes dumped on the outside and they were... not that busy. Posting a photo. The tacos were okay but the shell was really broken up on one. Freezing cold inside had to eatin the car. Older review:dollar deal is good. Tacos always fresh. Food was nicely prepared and extremely hot.... What truly sets off my experience is the that fact that the young man in the... back who prepares the food went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.... There was a small error in my order, andunfortunately the cashier stepped away. Rather than have me wait, he stepped up to see what was wrong.... I explained thesituation and he fixed it just like that... No issues, no putting me on hold, no waiting on a manager..... He took care of thesituation, and for me: THAT DESERVES MORE THAN FIVE STARS!!???????????????????? If I didn't mention it, The food was nice, hotand very good... I was at this taco bell, I sat in my car for 45 minutes. I then went inside I was refused service, I was told to use the Kiosk.... I don't use those. I think that it is a shame that these places are not wanting money. I will never go back to this one inFayetteville Ga. I will spend my money elsewhere. I told the woman inside the manager.
