My chicken is so salty I can barely eat it... the drive thru line was long but moved pretty quickly. Will give them one more... chance if in the area but won't go out of my way for this location. Read more

There was a long line in drive thru as usual, but the customer service was pretty good which is rare these days. The food was... good. We had the chicken nuggets meal and a 3 piece all breast. The order was correct. Condiments were also given. Read more

I come to this location once every few months for the past 2 years and I think the shortest wait I've had has been 20 minutes... and the longest has been about 40 minutes. This is the case whether in drive thru or ordering in cafe. There is an issue withstaffing, management or something. Food has turned out fine which is why I come back but definitely NOT the place to go ifyou're looking for fast food. Read more

I have purposely avoided this restaurant since the pandemic. Today I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately the things... that led me to avoid this restaurant are still occurring. Poor customer service, inaccurate orders. Poor attitudes fromemployees. I completely appreciate that dinner rush may be highly stressful, but customer service should not be compromised. Theindividual who filled my order left out the coleslaw. It was not until I got home that I realized this. I attempted to call therestaurant to bring this to their attention, numerous attempts were met with hangups. So reluctantly i drove back to therestaurant (8 miles). Where I was met by who I assume was the manager. Her initial question for me without me uttering a wordwas " You back up here for something " in what I perceived as a rude tone. Offended by her lack of tact l, I simply responded "He forgot my coleslaw" pointing to the individual who had earlier taken my order ( I believe they called him Ike. She respondedhold on a minute. And walked outside. When she returned she asked me again what I was there for. I again responded, " He forgotmy coleslaw". She asked what size? I told her a large. Then she asked what else did I want. I said it would good for them to dosomething to account for the fact that I had to return to get my complete order. To which she responded " That's not I askedyou" In a very disrespect tone. I then showed her the receipt by placing it on the counter. I told her since you said it likethat, you can replace every item on this receipt. There was some sort of breeze blowing in the lobby, and the receipt blew onthe floor behind the counter. She walked away and put her hands up. I waited for appx 10 minutes before another young lady who Ihave to admit was the only person who was polite. Asked how she could help. Today me and my children visited this location horrible! The wait was over 30 minutes in the drive thur let?s start there.... Finally make it to the intercom and the young man who took my order was rude cutting me off and after every item order repliedwhat else? Excuse me!!! Finally make it to the window sat there for about 5 minutes window open no one at the window everyonejust walking past no greetings or anything. The young man finally gets to the window beyond rude acting as if I?m bothering himvery horrible attitude. Get my food it?s wrong chicken looks old and smells like old grease and fries were ice cold! Finally getmy drink no ice at all so I asked for a cup of ice the young man says nothing so I repeated myself and he says I heard you thefirst time yet never acknowledged me the first time. Stood in line for 10mns without any acknowledgement from the crew or manager. Everyone just looked at all the people in line.... They kept doing what they were doing. I have been sitting here in drive they since 4:20 pm. I sat at the order box for over 10 minutes without my order being taken.... This place is very unprofessional and lack good customer service. I am very disappointed in how business is conducted. I calledthe inside and spoke with a Linda who stated she was the manager after I asked for one. I notified her that I had been sittinghere in drive thru for all this time. She said hold on let me see what is transpiring and then she hung up on me. I could havewent to any other establishment and gotten better service, however, I landed myself here at this place. Please stay away!!!Please and I will be asking for my order to be discounted as well for the long wait and my gas being wasted. Black guy Mr. Carr,who is the manager stated at the window they were doing a shift change, as I was talking to him, he rudely walked off in midconversation, so very unprofessional. ***UPDATE AS OF 2/5/2022- The reason for 5 stars was the response from the RGM JAKE MILLER. I received an email from the RGM... JAKE MILLER on 2/4/2022. He wanted me to come to the establishment and he would refund my purchase. I went today and he did justthat. He apologized for the staff that worked on 2/3/22. He assured that he is trying to get this establishment fully staffed. Ifeel he was very sincere and asked that I give them another chance. I will do that but will give them time to get a great teamtogether. Thank you Jake Miller I appreciate your help with this matter. **Original Post** I gave them 1 star just because Icouldn't give them a zero. No one was there except me and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my order. I recently visited thisPopeyes which is a treat for my family. Needless to say I was very disappointed on that night. The chicken was leathery, redbeans and rice was burnt and the biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. I decided to reach out because corporate might not be awareof the issues at this location. I tried several different numbers and I finally reached the customer service number wheresomeone finally answered. I told the person I didn't figure I'd even hear from anyone.
