Horrible, just horrible. Nothing was right. My boneless wings never arrived. My Alfredo was hard and cold. My pizzas was burned.... I called the pizza hut and complained. The employee had an attitude with me because they threw my food together and i calledthem about it. Then the manager came to the phn and had the same attitude the employee had. To be honest I believe they were thesame person. They sounded too much alike. Worst experience ever! Pls get it together. Sorry guys???? Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Sad because I been ordering delivery from this place atleast 2x a month for the last 3 years... but never carryout....Horrible from the customer service to the pizza. Had to walk to the store next door just to get change fora $50 on a $20 pizza was told "we cant Change that" and laid my $50 on the counter that I put in her hand. Got all the way homegot comfortable sot down to eat and the Pizza which was overcooked and dried out not to mention the toppings I ordered and paidfor were missing. Tried calling no answer after 3 tries I had to drive back to the store for a full refund and still Horriblecustomer service. Will not be ordering there again! Read more
Horrible! They sent my order through door dash without my consent and then refused to refund my money when door dash NEVER... showed up with my food. Told me I had to contact door dash but the agreement was between Them and door dash, not me! After 3hours of arguing I never got my food or a refund ???????? I will never return! Read more
I ordered a medium pan meat lovers and it looked like a cheese pizza with crumbles on it. As soon as I paid for it I had it... taken off my card never left Pizza Hut with that mess! Not to even mention the pizza was 19.00 with no meat on it! Read more

Just ordered from here, my experience is usually good but I don?t know what happened tonight. My husband picked it up & gave... some to the kids before i could even see it but from what?s left it, I would have taken it back as soon as I saw this has he notgiven it to the kids. it was prepared sloppily.. to much cheese it was supposed to have bacon, pepperoni & ham, there is nobacon & barely any ham. Someone broke into their business and tried to shatter the glass. The glass is shattered but still on the door. Be careful... because they did not tape up the glass to prevent harm to customers. Law suit waiting to happen Read more
