Terrible. I order 3 sundaes and hair was in one. The person who prepared it put only a pinch of chocolate in it. I asked for... some more chocolate and the lady made 101 excuses why she couldn't give me extra. When I told her I would pay for extrachocolate, she said they had no way to charge me for it. Then she picked up a bottle of chocolate and squirt some on the sundae.Really.....over a minute making excuses over a few squirts of chocolate when all she had to do was charge me or give me somemore chocolate. Furthermore, I was surprised the ice cream machine worked in the first place. Because 9 of my last 10 visitsthey always say the machine is not working. You probably has already concluded that this was not a good visit, and it wasn't.If I could give less than 1 star I would. PLEASE DO BETTER!!! Read more

The food was good, fries hot, frozen coke was awesome. I could barely hear the person taking my order, because something was... rubbing across the mic she was using. She was seated in front of the console, just about chin level with a hoodie on, hood up.Impressive. Pick up was quick, no eye contact, and as usual, NO napkins! Personnel problems, I understand. On any given day post pandemic that line you see at the drive-through might in fact consist of a whole bunch of people under the... impression that the car that just pulled away from the speaker actually had their order taken. On many occasions I myself havediscovered after sitting at the speaker with a long line of cars behind me and after waiting 10 minutes for the three cars aheadof me to go nobody ever comes to the speaker. When you finally get tired of waiting in futility you might occasionally findsomebody sitting inside the drive-through window oblivious it seems to the massive line of cars. I?m guessing it?s a shortstaffing issue. But regardless instead of putting a sign at the drive-through menu telling people they are closed and not takingorders they are content to let people play the game of futility until they eventually drive off. Go to the S Glynn St. locationand it is literally night and day. South will treat you right. North Glynn is a waste of time. At this point they would bebetter off closing down hiring and training new staff and starting from scratch. The problem is not a lack of willing customerstrying to buy food there. There?s plenty of business. Also it?s been long enough and all the other McDonald?s are open inside.Any restaurant with its doors locked during operating hours trying to force all business through the drive-through doesn?t needto be taking up real estate anymore. I wanted to go someplace nice sit down have a good meal and have just excellent service. The kids wanted McDonald's. I was... pleasantly surprised with just the five-star service of care and quality people. The lobby was closed because they were shortstaffed and I guess someone noticed I was in a big bus that wouldn't fit through the drive-thru. I think it was the manager thatcame running to the door to let us in. Polite fast service and wonderful food. I'm just so thankful for this McDonald'sexperience. It will be me next time that suggests we go to to McDonald's Read more

After spending FIFTY MINUTES in line to order my food, that?s what I got: a totally undercooked sandwich, tasting horrible.... There are many other reviews here complaining about this. Besides that, I ordered coke and they gave me tea. The fries were oldtoo. The person who took the order was also very unfriendly. This location is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to.Disgusting! Sandwich was missing condiments.When tasting the drinks they had little to no caramel. I asked the young man in the window for... extra caramel because I simply thought they just had forgotten to add it. HE suggested that we get them remade. He hands us theexact same drinks with our straws still in the cups! I asked if he could remake them. The "manager" Wanda comes to the windowand says "I'm gonna personally make remake them for you" with no apology. A few minutes later they return the exact samedrinks!!! I knew this because where you insert the straws had already been punctured and the cups were sweating at this point.Upon returning the drinks and asking for a refund, Wanda was very rude and demanded to know what form of payment I used. Saying" where the card at?" with a nasty attitude. She walked away and returned with another employee, instructing her to give me arefund. Then they both walked away with my card to the back of the restaurant. After several minutes the manager and otheremployees walked to the front to give me an intimidating stare and laughed. It was a horrible day for this location. I ordered Door Dash and my double Quarter pounder was so undercooked. I called the... store and spoke with the manager and she was extremely nice and told me to come in to replace the meal. I went in after work andit was only 3 people working with the drive thru wrapped around the building. It was 2 teenagers and the manager on duty. Theywere all extremely nice and took very good care of me. I just think they need more staffing and to pay more attention to thecleanliness of the restaurant. I would give it an A for their courtesy and customer service and an F on the food quality andcleanliness. Read more
