I wanted to get some pizza today from Little Caesars but I was sitting in drive thru for a minute until I saw a customer back up... and tell me that the system is down. He was trying to figure out how to get his money back he placed the order on line. I justthink they need to hire older ppl because kids isn't it. This Little Caesars is our go-to for Friday nights. When we need to feed the family quick we often go grab a few pizzas that are... hot and ready. This particular weekend we decided to go to Little Caesars again, so we ordered online. They gave us a time toarrive for pick up. When we arrived we still had to wait 45 minutes to get our order. But here's an interesting fact, thequality of the ingredients has changed. I don't know how to explain it, but the crust has become more like cardboard. I knowthis is Little Caesars and I can't expect a New York style pie, but the crust honestly was better before I don't know what elsethey change but my family doesn't like the pizza anymore. Kids will eat anything but when kids say they don't like it anymorethere's an issue. We don't need there every weekend maybe once a month max twice a month so it's sad that their service is goingdown as well as quality. Little Caesars may not make it if Sales start to drop. Read more
We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for 3 simple pizzas, wings and a drink after the online ordering system went down... and no one answered the phone. We had to wait for our order to be taken while someone else answered the phone and 2 cars drovearound us with their orders. An associate ran out and asked for our order again. Eventually, after 40 minutes, we got our foodwith the wrong pizza. And then after, presumably, the manager came out, we got the correct pizza. Read more

Well... This is disappointing. I really like the LC sauce better than Domino's & PJ's, but all of the other negative reviews are... correct. The ppl are nice enough, but don't seem to have any work ethic. I've lived in Fayetteville for a while, & the firstcouple of years this place was open it was outstanding. Now, even if you try to "beat the crowd" or "try to save time" by usingthe LC app, it makes no difference.......... YOU WILL WAIT 1+ HOURS FOR ONE PIZZA (in my case, a stuffed crust)!! BE AWARE, VERY DANGEROUS PLACE! Please be very aware of what you are getting yourself into ordering at this location. The... management is horrible, and do not care one bit. If you order online, and you get a notification that order is ready... Jokes onyou, because it's not and it'll take another hour on top of the time when you ordered. When you get your food please look beforeyou leave, they gave me wings that were eaten. I have pictures to proof it. & I tried calling corporate, customer service, andthe actual location. At the location, no one answer the phone. & I waited for 30 minutes to get customer service on phone forthem to tell me they are going to contact owner because this is a franchise.
