This is the 3rd time that I have experienced a bad attitude from the drive-through when we order extra crispy thighs she wanna... give us legs and this is when they open in the morning and in the evening time they're never ready with the chicken and theydon't want to give you any thighs and she said that they don't cook a lot of chicken during the day they use what they have atnight they get rid of the night chicken before they start giving chicken early in the morning So that means they have left overchicken that you're getting Rid of in the morning old old chicken I will never eat there again Very very poor customer service Read more
Service was horrible, waited forever for an Uber eats order. If I would have known they didn?t even start on the order I would... have been canceled it. But the young lady told me chicken got 8 mins only for it to be 30-45 mins. So when I kept checking onthe order, they acting as if I?m getting on their nerves. Once they seen I was getting annoyed, I asked for a cup to getsomething to drink since I?ve been waiting forever. I would have liked to have the biscuit that was supposed to come with my meal. When I requested it I was told the biscuits were... cooking and it would be about 5 minutes. After about 8 minutes I asked for my biscuit and was told it would be a few moreminutes. After another 8 minutes a customer approached my table and said the biscuits were ready because she got her biscuit. Iwent and asked for my biscuit (by now I was finished eating my order). I stood and waited for the biscuit for 5 minutes and itnever came. I finally gave up and left without ever getting the biscuit that was supposed to come with my meal. Totally NOTsatisfied with KFC.
