The sandwich is good but the young lady that made my sandwich had a nasty attitude , she called my name and I didn?t her, so I... went up there and asked her after I seen 2 people come after me leave , I asked her and she said yeah I called you and sat mysandwich on the counter without a bag , I had to ask for one ,, if she is having a bad day she should have stayed home orsomeone else would love to have her job . I enjoy a firehouse sub. I have to say this may have been the worst firehouse I?ve been to. Staff a very polite. That?s... appreciated. However it took almost 20 minutes to get one sandwich. Once I got the sandwich, I had to look at Thea icon outsideto ensure I was at firehouse? It was like a Subway sandwich?meager amounts of meat and literally 5 pieces of shredded lettuce.Taste was normal but slow service and a poorly presented sandwich. The cashier/sandwich maker was nice. But I didn't like my sandwich. He put everything I ordered on it. But it just wasn't good.
Placed my order. Waited for about 10 minutes. Haven?t received my order. Waited another 10 mins and still no order. 3 to 4 young... ladies were there including 1 young man. The young man was cleaning, taking out trash, and making the sandwiches while thoseladies were conversating. Another 5 mins went by and all the ladies went to the back. I?m sitting there confused. After theyoung man came from outside, he went to the back. And that?s when I yelled, Excuse me. He came to see what I had wanted and Ihad explained to him. Another 5 mins went by and I finally got my sandwiches. Fayetteville Store?. Y?all need to get ittogether. I shouldn?t have to wait for almost 30 mins to get my order when it?s usually takes only 5-10 minutes. Save all ofthat talking for when u are off the clock. Called in our food about 3:30pm. After we ordered they said 10 minutes. We get a call ten minutes after placing saying they... didn?t have one sandwich so we switched. Arrived at the store 15 mins after placing order and still had to wait 30 mins. Workerswere not working behind the counter and talking the whole time. One gentleman clocked out while multiple people were waitingstill for food. Whole staff is just lazy and didn?t even seem to care people were waiting for 30-45 minutes for one sandwich.Weasked for extra Mayo and they gave none. Very dissatisfied with the way things run at this restaurant. We ordered our food and while waiting for my food noticed a few... other people that had been waiting for quite some time. 3 kids farting around behind the counter laughing and telling eachother to steam the sandwiches, meanwhile the line of other sandwiches is just backing up. I had to speak up and ask what wastaking so long and let them know they needed to pick up the pace. Things began to move along at that point. Now, while theservice was horrible, our sandwiches were very delicious. Young staff need more supervision. I suggest ordering online and pickup. Read more
Rude staff. Was doing delivery and they ignored me for ten minutes and the food wasn?t ready. Then I was treated like I was... stupid, being told I should?ve said something. No? it?s your job to pay attention to when online orders come in. Read more
