Full Dine in service: waited almost an hour to get food, along with another table that I saw sitting before I got there.... However, the manager and employees are all sitting around getting their food and eating right away.. and they walked in at least20 to 30 minutes after we'd ordered. Not to mention, tons of food is steadily going out on the other side of the restaurant.Watching the manager eat his breakfast, I asked him about this. He went and checked on everything and brought us back some giftcards to make up for it. Said they weren't bringing my breakfast items out yet because my daughter ordered the chicken stripsand they had to wait for them (why would it be on the menu if it's an issue?). I also watched the manager walk in from outside,go behind the counter and grab silverware (wrapped in napkins) for a table that was also waiting; but they told him they wantedplastic, so he took the the silverware and placed it back with the others and got them the plastic. If you want a salad with an old fly whose guts have been squished out and wings stuck to your lettuce, then this location is... what you?re looking for! I stopped by to get an omelette and was greeted by a nice lady who help me find a seat. My server to my order without writing it... down and got everything right. The omelette I got was with grilled chicken and tomatoes and very tasty. The meal included abiscuit (already split and buttered) and grits (cooked right). The little door in front is so fun! You can go through it which is so cute. The drive thru line is long as usual, but we went... inside and got our drinks pretty fast. The cloudberry drink was super good! Nice and sweet and had a good flavor. The lady whotook our order was really nice. Read more
This location is one of my favorites. My kids love coming here. We usually mobile order or just go through the drive but this... past Tuesday we dined in. Customer service was great and food was great. Shout out to Ms. Mandy Hawkins. She is so sweet. Shestopped by our table to check on us and my 4yr old had a whole conversation ready for her, lol.
