I have been coming to the us chick fil a for years now. Service used to be way better. The service workers were rude no more my... pleasure. Once I checked in for my mobile order outside (I saw my name being checked in their tablet) I pulled around to thewindow and they couldn?t find my order as I showed them proof from my phone the lady talked to her coworker about me as if Iwasn?t there. This location is seriously going downhill. Poorly managed drive through. This is the second time I?ve been through this... location?s drive-through in the past few weeks and for the second time these kids had the orders all mixed up. Drove 8 mins home for my fries to be wet soggy from several sauces weighing them down. I don?t want sauce containers sitting on... top of my fries! Not only is that unsanitary, but it ruined my fries! Called the manager and Rubi was very rude and hung up onme when I told her she was making excuses for why the sauces were on my fries. Nasty!
