Waited almost an hour on food. Poor worker I think they was working alone doing the best they could. I don't mind waiting but if... I must wait please make sure my food is fresh. Fries and chicken strips were cold as ice. I gave two stars bc of the employeespositive attitude (otherwise it would've been 1 star). They were really trying to keep up but food was too cold to eat. I had a bad incident at this location today. The customer service here is terrible. We had coupons we where gonna use and they... said we could only use one coupon in the drive thru. We tried to ask if we could use them at the walk up counter and they saidthat they where not gonna serve us. The language they used was not very professional. Came to this location 9/20 around 11:30am on lunch break. Cashier had the worst attitude, didn't greet us after we spoke and... didn't respond after we said thank you. Rude! if I wasn't blocked in I would have just left. She acted like it was a hassle totake our order. I understand it's alot on employees being understaffed, but sometimes you have to fake a smile. Visiting the USA - went to 2 different locations and both of the made me feel like i was in the hood or even worst. The first... one we pulled up at in McDonough automation machine took our order(+) for that, but when we got to the window nkthing wasavailable. The 2nd location, another night in Fayetteville. The person taking the orders need to know to speak clearly. She wasvery un mannerly. She also cussed out the man in the car at the back.... Even her co worker looked afraid of her that night. UPDATED BELOW: I went here 45 minutes before closing and the only thing they were serving was french fries and chicken nuggets.... It's obvious that these people are completely lazy and just didn't want to serve anything else. Even if only the fryers wereworking they could serve chicken sandwiches. How ridiculously lazy do you have to be to only serve french fries and chickennuggets. The manager should fire everyone on that shift. I'm including a picture of the person who told me that's all he wouldprepare. Update: 7 I was contacted in a reply here by the owner or whomever. Given a link to a website to make a moreofficial complaint so someone could get back to me. And after taking the extra time out of my life to do so, what happened? Iwas ignored and never heard anything ever again. I wish I could give a lower rating. I guess the management or owners are justas lazy and uncaring as their employees. Late night option open and willing to serve; short wait at drive through but understandable. Food (burger and fries)was good... (hot and fresh) as well as service at the window. Definitely a far cry from the ?no service? Krystal in Fairburn on SenoiaRoad. Read more
Bad customer service, the wait was questionably long for two hotdogs. I waited 35+ minutes in the car with my two children with... no way to leave the line. The employees had no gloves or hair nets and they didn?t wash their hands every 15 minutes like statedin the sign. The fries were stale, my food had hair in it and looked like it was bitten into. The employees claimed that ?they?re not selling milkshakes at that location?... which is ironic considering they?re know for burgers, hotdogs, fries, and shakes.
